The hotel booked during this trip was the biggest highlight, which exceeded expectations too much. First of all, the location is excellent, with bus stops and subway stations within a few minutes' walk. Secondly, the room is large and fully equipped with refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, and western kitchens. The furniture and bedding decorations are of both quality and taste, and it can be seen that the boss is very attentive to the business. The whole floor-to-ceiling window in the room faces the Kamo River. There are teachers leading elementary school students to jump on stone turtles, couples hugging and taking selfies together, and many couples bring their children to play in the water together. The sunrise in the morning and the sunset at sunset are so beautiful that it makes people excited. Finally, the breakfast is rich, and the waitresses are very simple and happy to stay. I spent a very pleasant few days in Kyoto. I hope I can stay in Kaei next time I come, and I also hope that the boss's business will be prosperous!

It's an impressive hotel! Attentive service staff who can speak fluent English are always ready to assist in any way. Partager room is large and comfy with all the necessities provided including a capsule coffee machine and tea set. There are also multiple restaurants to choose from in the hotel varying in cuisines, however, some do require a day reservation in advance, or you can opt for the room service if you are feeling cosy for the day. They also provide a shuttle bus service to Karasuma Oike station on a schedule (about twice every hour) and the journey takes around 7 minutes. Really pleased with the experienced, will definitely book again whenever I am back in Kyoto!

It's OK. It's quite big and clean. A little cold. You need to turn on all the air conditioners and floor heating. The facilities are OK. It's in a residential area. It's quiet. You have to walk a few steps to eat. It can accommodate seven or eight people.
