Wonderful design of the hotel. Love their little onsen bath experience as well Convenient to walk to four Jio their main shopping st and duck river.

Room is almost the same as it shows on the hotel website. Very clean and good service. Will definitely come back.

Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, best hotel during our trip to Japan. 7/11 and subway station near by. Hotel has coin laundry machine, which is very helpful. Onsen is good, but water is just regular hot water. Thank you!

Convenient location near the train station and shopping district, yet was not too busy or noisy. Facilities, namely the onsen and gym, were basic but well-maintained.

Terrible and very rude staff named Linda. Arrived early around 12pm and got confirmed for an upgrade but had to wait for the room. After we went back around 4pm for checking in again they didn’t give us any upgrade so this rude Linda staff came and talked to us and asked us to wait for AROUND 1hr and gave us another room to wait in. We waited for more than an hour so we called and checked whether the room was ready yet and again Linda told us the room wouldn’t be ready until 6pm but if we wanted we can get the normal room instead. We had already waited for more than an hour at this point. We went down to the reception to check with them again and this Linda told us that room wasn’t ready as she already informed us when we arrived that it would take MORE THAN an hour to get it ready. She said she didn’t say AROUND AN HOUR BUT MORE THAN AN HOUR and tried to teach us basic English instead of doing her job to get the room ready asap. In the end we got our room at 6pm!!! Wasted whole afternoon waiting for this room getting misinformed by very rude staff.

In Kyoto, you have to stay in a hotel close to the Kamogawa River. Take a walk along the river in the morning, watch the water, the ducks, and the passers-by. It's so happy. The room is nice and clean. There are many European and American tourists in the hotel. Marriott is always a good choice when you are lazy.

The room is simple, with dark windows and a bathtub. The water is very hot. The room is quiet and there is no noise. The breakfast is good, with Japanese udon noodles and hot spring eggs.

There are not many varieties of breakfast, mostly Western style, but also Japanese style. This hotel is not suitable for traveling with children. The overall atmosphere is not suitable for bringing children. The bathroom is divided into three areas, and the shower room is very small, which makes it difficult to take a bath with children. The hotel room is small, and people may not be able to get in and out if an extra bed is added.
