Cinta pada pandangan pertama dengan hotel ini! Kamar tidurnya seperti yang ditampilkan di web. Kamarnya kecil tapi nyaman! Stafnya membantu membawakan barang bawaan kami sementara kami menunggu waktu check-in, mereka menyediakan payung saat hari hujan, fasilitasnya lengkap. Kami suka kenyataan bahwa kamar kami memiliki toilet dan kamar mandi terpisah. Secara keseluruhan, kami suka hotel ini dan pasti akan kembali ke sini lagi saat kami punya kesempatan! 💕

Hotel ini bagus dengan lokasi yang strategis, cukup mudah ditemukan dari stasiun kereta. Kamar-kamarnya bersih dan nyaman. Yang mengecewakan adalah layanan di meja resepsionis. Tidak ramah atau bersahabat sama sekali dibandingkan dengan masa inap kami di kota-kota lain seperti Osaka. Kami bahkan dijauhi saat sarapan karena kami mengenakan Yukata tradisional yang disediakan oleh hotel, karena meja resepsionis mengatakan kami tidak dapat mengenakannya di ruang sarapan dan harus kembali ke atas untuk berganti pakaian atau kami dapat membawa sekotak kecil roti dan kue kering (yang dingin) dan kami dapat makan di kamar kami sebagai gantinya.

Keluarga kami sangat menyukai hotel ini. Hotel ini sangat cantik. Saya terkesan dengan cara mereka menyediakan ruang minum teh dan pohon di kamar kami. Hotel ini juga sangat bersih. Saya juga suka bahwa mereka menyediakan mesin cuci dengan fungsi pengering. Terakhir, tetapi yang terpenting, saya sangat menghargai bahwa setiap kali kami kembali ke hotel, kami disambut dengan minuman gratis dan sup dashi hangat di pintu masuk. :) Jika saya kembali ke Kyoto, saya pasti akan menginap di sini lagi.

Sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun Shijo/Karasuma, jadi tidak terlalu buruk. Ada toko kelontong keluarga di sebelah hotel untuk membeli berbagai keperluan. Hotelnya cukup kecil tetapi pengalaman menginapnya oke, bagian luar dan dalam hotel sangat menarik secara estetika. Untuk harga tersebut, pengalaman menginapnya sepadan.

Lokasinya bagus - stasiun kereta bawah tanah terdekat adalah Shijio yang berjarak 8 menit berjalan kaki atau 1 halte bus dan stasiun Shijio berjarak 2 halte dari stasiun Kyoto. Alternatifnya, ada bus langsung #50 atau pesan tumpangan dari aplikasi Go (sekitar 1.500 yen). Bus #207 di jalan yang berdekatan dapat membawa Anda ke Pasar Nishiki, Gion, dan area kuil Kiyomizu-dera - sepanjang perjalanan bus, Anda akan melewati distrik perbelanjaan yang dapat Anda temukan ABC Mart, Lush, Daimaru, Ichiran Ramen, Takashimaya, dan masih banyak lagi). Di sebelah hotel, ada family mart. Dalam jarak 150 m berjalan kaki, Anda dapat menemukan burger MOS, kopi Tully, dan toko ramen lokal. Kami memesan kamar Premier - interiornya bagus dan nyaman dengan perpaduan nuansa tradisional dan modern. Namun, kami hampir tidak memiliki ruang untuk menampung 2 tas besar dan 2 tas kecil kami. Stafnya ramah dan baik. Komunikasi bahasa Inggris dasar cukup baik.

Nice and clean stay. One of the front desk didn’t allow me to do check in when I’m just 30 minutes away to the check in time. I suggested to do the administrative check in and only get the room keys after 3pm but she didn’t allowed and wants us to just wait aside. Few minutes later, another front desk came and he immediately help with proceeding in checking in. Overall still a good stay. They have free snacks in the morning at the lobby to munch on.

Normal place, abit small but it’s Kyoto, and too many tourists 🤣🤣

Great hotel, good location

Nice boutique hotel near Karasuma/Shijo Station,(5/10min walk). Neighbourhood is convenient yet relatively peaceful. Lots of cafes nearby too.

My family is actually excited and looking forward to stay in this hotel because of the tatami style room type, unfortunately the front desk and the attitude really bring the whole experience down. The night shift lady is not helpful enough to offer the room blanket for my kid( they only has the thick blanket, which isn’t reasonable for the humid hot weather at night), also the pillow given is so thin, even a kid also barely want to sleep on it. Also the towel often forgotten to give extra one set for my kid, even I’ve registered my kid and we paid my son accomodation as well. Feel being treated stingily on thing or service can offer. The second floor laundry machine also a nightmare, hotel only offer two washing machines and it isn’t powerful enough to dry the clothes, because don’t want to occupy the machine for too long, have to take the wet clothes back to the room. Very inconsiderate and unwilling to offer extra miles for service. Really unfortunate as we like the hotel location and room type so much. Another downside is the refrigerator in the room do not has freezer. The second floor microwave is very basic

Gorgeous hotel in a great location, very clean, spacious for Japan, and beautiful interior. Only downside is window was blurred and facing another building so very little natural light

Recommend! Stay for 3 nights. The hotel located in the center of Kyoto, 6 minutes walk from metro station, there are a lot of food stores, convenient store and supermarket around the hotel. I like the hotel decorations, it’s so Japanese style, simple and elegant. We’ll stay here again for the next trip 👍👍👍👍👍

It was cute and comfortable in my stay. The restaurant was closed on the day of my visit but it’s perfectly close to shopping centers and a good walk to the nearest temple

The hotel location is near to the central of Kyoto everything is close by and convenient. Lots of food choices and amenities. Served bread and drink at the lobby.
