Ulasan Ryokan Matsukame

The location is very convenient since it is located 5 minutes away from the Kyoto Train Station and close to the Kyoto tower. The beds and the overall facilities were very nice. My favorite part was the shower since it is very big and you can have a normal shower as well as relax in the bathtub, convenient time is to use it later on at night since it is a shared bathroom. The host was very friendly and helped us with our luggage (putting it in the room as well as storing it after check-out)

If you are a traveller like us who would like some more privacy, this place is not exactly for you. Don't get me wrong, the hotel staff are absolutely wonderful. Just that most things are communal and you have wait for your turn to shower and finish by 11.35. The walls are quite thin indeed, you can easily hear people walking on the hallway or simply chatting in their rooms.

The owner is a quite old couple, but the service is amazing. They can receive your belongings before check-in time. They also will help you prepare your bath and onsen(20 minutes/person)

非常好，房間很温馨，服務也比較日式，周邊好多便利店，離京都站也很近。店裡辦理房卡的速度也很快，還寄存行李。

非常好的日式旅館！離京都站很近，很適合趕火車。房間是榻榻米，有電視機冰箱，非常乾淨，也很安靜，很有日式風情。店主夫婦人也很好，很關照我們。底下還能泡熱水澡，特別舒服。下次還來住！

日式家庭旅店，房間內無洗手間，二樓有男女共用廁所，一樓有男女共用浴室，隔音較差。上午十點要離店（我訂兩晚也要第二天十點離開），晚上十一點不能進出了。攜程應將該店歸類於民宿青旅，以免被客戶誤以為是日式和室酒店，畢竟一千多一晚的價格，在京都站周邊有很多酒店可以選擇。尤其家庭出遊住旅店非常不方便，第二晚果斷放棄入住了。

服務100分，離京都站很近，睡一晚的絕佳選擇，就是榻榻米不一定所有人睡得慣。
