Lebih baik daripada jaringan hotel, semuanya sangat terorganisir dan tepat di seberang stasiun kereta, 8 menit berjalan kaki ke kuil Toji, 6 menit ke 7-11, 2 menit ke Lawson, tersedia mesin cuci dan halte bus hanya 5 langkah dari hotel!

Penginapannya bersih dan fasilitasnya bagus. Sarapan sepertinya agak mahal untuk ***a prasmanan. Semua check-in dilakukan pada layar khusus di meja depan, dan memasukkan informasi kana membosankan dan memakan waktu. Jika Anda menjadi anggota, Anda mungkin dapat melewati proses input... Mungkin ini upaya untuk mempersingkat waktu, tetapi anggota staf memanggil dari samping untuk membantu memberikan masukan, tetapi berisik, dan jika waktunya ingin dipersingkat, akan lebih baik jika pelanggan satu atap bertemu dengan wajah staf. -bertatap muka untuk penerimaan normal, bukan?

Hotel located next to Toji station which make it very convenient. Nice and super clean hotel. Booked a family room and it’s very spacious. The staff are very Friendly and accommodating too. The hotel breakfast is great but is not free. Definitely will book again the next time I am here. Get near to Toji temple, heritage temple

It’s just right next to Toji station. Nearby not much food choice but can go to Kyoto station (1 stop away) for more selection. Hotel provides free flow drink from 10am and warabi mochi at selected timing which is a bonus. Enjoyed our stay

If your next staton is Osaka this hotel is a good choice. You can use Crosta to deliver you luggage for this hotel to your hotel in Osaka. The staff helped us to call the hotel in Osaka to confirm our reservation. The hotel just one station away from Kyoto station. The Toji station and bus stop just less than 1 min walk away from the hotel. The room is a bit small but the price is very reasonable. Everything you need is inside. If you are travel alone or with your partner, this hotel is highly recommended.

location: very close to Kyoto station. But Toji is not a JR station, which means you will need to pay extra fee when you traveling from JR lines facilities: I can't ask for more. spacious room, very clean bathroom and user friendly. there's many usb charging outlet so you don't need to worry about this. service: 120% satisfaction. reception staffs were super nice and helpful. they also offer complimentary refreshment in lobby so that's absolutely outstanding. I am a fan now.

Love that it feels like a hostel at level 1 with all the self service area. nice spacious room!!

Excellent in many ways, locations consider good, superb in cleanliness, bed is comfy, room size is spacious for me as I’m single traveler. The hotel is also quite new. Free drinks and cereal bar is just amazing. Equipped with coin operated laundry machines too. Self check in counter is super convenient. Only down side is there is no black out curtains in the room and the set rises at about 4.45am in summer, I was awake by 5am everyday!

The hotel is quite near to the Kyoto Station, where different transports such as subways, buses and JR trains can be found. Therefore it is very convenient to live there. Besides, the hotel is located just opposite to the Toji station, from there we can spend about 10 minutes and will arrive at the Toji temple, which is the first ancient temple in Kyoto.

While the room is standard size for Japan, the lobby area is great to chill. The hotel breakfast was great! I absolutely loved the array of food and all the healthy options. Great way to start the day

I initially booked a room with a double bed, but the staff assigned me a twin room instead. When I requested a change to the correct room type, they provided a room with a window that could not be opened. Aside from this, everything else was perfect.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room on the 8th floor was great! Quiet, clean and I absolutely loved the hairdryer! (I’m going to buy one when I return home!) Everything was within walking distance- amazing little bakery a few doors down, a drugstore approx 2 blocks down, major shopping mall a few blocks away. SO convenient! Loved this hotel! Thank you to all the staff!

In general my stay with Comfort hotel ERA Kyoto is ok, room is clean and the location is convenience.
