Location good , walking distance about 10 min to Kyoto Station. They provided free washing machine and dryer. No front desk and staffs available.

The first time I stayed here was in January with my child and mother. There were 5 people in the family. We stayed in a suite. The room had a microwave and a washing machine. It felt very good. I booked it on Airbnb. But in February, my bestie and I came with only 3 people, so we booked a triple room. Then we found the disadvantage that there were three washing machines and dryers in the public laundry room on the first floor, which were not integrated. At night, we really competed to wash clothes. We calculated our own washing time and went downstairs to get the clothes. When we went downstairs, they had already been taken out by our Korean friends. Then we dried them again. When we came downstairs to get them at the time, they had already been taken out. In summary, my bestie and I each lost a sock. Or wash clothes in the morning and afternoon. The blinds were covered with dust. My bestie was a bit of a clean freak and insisted on cleaning the part near the head of the bed. In addition, there were only blinds, which were light-transmitting, and we would wake up at dawn. Another very troublesome thing was that when checking in, I had to either fill in the information online first, or scan the code on site to submit the passport information. Anyway, I had to fill it out myself. I really want to ask, why? I have booked other B&Bs and hotels in Japan on Ctrip and Airbnb, and there is no need for guests to fill in the information themselves. They can just give their passport to the front desk.

There was an emergency at home and I had to return home early. I changed my itinerary and applied for early check-out. I submitted all the hospital certificates and proof of relationship, but they still wouldn't let me check out. It was clearly written that I could cancel under special circumstances. Isn't it a special circumstance that someone at home is sick? There was no humanized service at all, and they didn't answer the phone. The only email they replied was that they refused to check out because it was the rule. Who would stay in a hotel with such inhumane service? In the end, the money had to be paid by Ctrip platform. It was a very bad experience.
