Best Kyotanabe Hotels

During my stay in the hotel (the evening of January 11), I may have lost a black Huawei sports bracelet in the changing room of the SPA. I need to contact the hotel to ask if I found it? If not, you need to check if there is any missing black bracelet found in Room 430 after checking out (January 12)? I lost a black wristband in SPA changing room at night on 11th Jan. Please help to check if somebody or waitress found it? If not, it may be lost in Room 430.I checked out on 12th morning. Please help to check if waitress found it.

The hotel room is large, the breakfast is simple but tastes good. The location is a bit biased, but the surrounding facilities are very complete, there are supermarket drugstores, Don Quixote and various restaurants. The building where the hotel is located has hot springs, but there is an additional charge. There is also a bus in front of the main entrance of the hotel. You can take ten minutes to Zhuyuan tram stop. There are Kintetsu and JR respectively. Taxi to Zhuyuan Station is about 1700 yen. It is very convenient to travel. If you want to stay away from the noise of the city, change the environment to experience the pure life of Japanese residents, it is quite recommended to walk around.

We arrived before check-in time, but the staff were very kind. The free beer was very much appreciated. The overall impression was good, but the pillow came off from the pillowcase when I went to sleep.... I was surprised. The pillowcase was clean, but the pillow itself....It was mottled and brown, as if it had been soaked in coffee or something.... I was very shocked. It was the first time I had seen such a dirty pillow. Although the pillow was dirty, I was satisfied with everything else.

The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating they spoke basic english and they made the effort to translate to help. Service with a smile and I particularly liked that they had everything you needed in terms of amenities such as provided you with face wash, hair shampoo, cleanser etc. They also had a microwave which was handy for you to heat up food from the nearby 7/11 would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

The environment is great, the location is great, right by the Uji River, all rooms are facing the river, and there is a small balcony to enjoy the view~ The room is very Japanese style, pure tatami, and the layout is very warm~ There are two hot springs, open-air and indoor, separated by time for men and women, both can be experienced, and there was no one there when I went~ The room has a small bathtub, but it is indeed not as good as going to a hot spring~ Matcha-flavored fruits and tea bags were given, and it was quite nourishing to make tea and eat something in the room~ In fact, there are few tourists staying in Uji, and the hotel is very quiet~ The name of the hotel seems to come from the Tale of Genji, the content of the Uji Ten Chapters~

Very traditional Japanese style tatami. The location is very good, right in the scenic area. You can see beautiful cherry blossoms next to the river. The owner also runs a restaurant, which is very unique. There is a garden market on weekends, which is very lively, but a bit noisy. The room has no curtains and is not suitable for late risers. It is also a long way from the subway station and it is a bit difficult to walk with large luggage.
