Quite a convenient location. Room is big and clean. there 2 private onsens. A great hotels to stay

A very pleasant stay and the staffs are nice.

This is the first time I give a bad comment on hotel that ranging this price. Although the location of the hotel is nice, the staff here are not well trained and impolite, which is not really deserve this price and this standard. The staff at the front desk is very impatient, and the attitude is quite rude, such as pointing finger while talking, and is not helpful at all. Compare with other hotel which are less expensive, the attitude is unacceptable, and staff here seems lack of training and passion to work, and not being nice. The room is not really cleaned up well, and there are some insects on the rooftop.

Overall is good for that value.  Just to leave customers more flexibility to select dining time.

Location is good, easier accessible from the bus station and within 3 minutes walk from the Yubatake. But it is surrounded by construction and therefore the view is not attractive. Service quality is good, staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. Food quality overall is fine. Yet tradition Japanese cuisine would make the experience of an onsen vacation whole more than fusion cuisine. Choice of onsen is limited versus the price level. Only 1 public bath is available. The 4 rental baths add more to the range of choice but they are quite quickly occupied.

Staffs are nice! The food is good, the hotel itself is clean. Since we're driving a minibus, so it is hard to get in to their parking lot, we need to drop off the bus and walk down the road by ourself.

Nice hotel good service… near city centre

When we slept until midnight, the hotel's air conditioning automatically turned off, but we didn't set a timer beforehand. It became so hot that it woke us up.

Lovely stay! Hotel was situated slightly outside town but still very walkable. Food was not bad but not great either. Wished it was Japanese cuisine instead of western Japanese fusion

The hotel service and facilities are excellent and we stay for 2 nights and found the dinner is great. Even you are staying for 2 nights, the dinner and breakfast food changes and makes us very satisfied with the stay!
