Secara keseluruhan, menginap di hotel ini menyenangkan, dan sangat berharga mengingat paketnya sudah termasuk makan malam dan sarapan prasmanan.
Mengenai lokasi, hotel ini agak jauh dari terminal bus dengan berjalan kaki. Kami membutuhkan waktu sekitar 15 menit, karena rute yang diberikan Google kurang tepat. Pintu masuk utama hotel berada di lereng, yang tidak semudah kami membawa barang bawaan.
Jangan lupa untuk meminta kata sandi gerbang belakang ke resepsionis. Itu adalah rute pintas menuju jalan perbelanjaan utama dan Kusatsu Yubatake.
Kamarnya menyenangkan dan bersih, sedikit terlalu mendasar. Hanya ada soket di dekat dinding TV, tidak dekat dengan tempat tidur, yang agak merepotkan.
Ada berbagai macam makanan di prasmanan, dengan beberapa hidangan lokal yang menarik. Makanannya lezat. Hotel ini juga menawarkan mi camilan larut malam gratis, yang juga patut dicoba.

Spoiled for choice with the buffet breakfast and dinner, alongside 3 hot springs to use.
However, our rooms were quite dusty, especially in the washroom bathtubs and around the toilet basin.

Saw a pack of chips n opened fridge when check in to our room. The staff apologised and change a room for us, but the room is obviously booked for a 3 people room with extra amenities. The service and management felt rather lacking. A trainee apologised again when we check out but no compensation was given.
Will not visit again

A bit far away from Bus station but the facilities are great! Both breakfast and dinner buffet are in Nice quality with the affordable price! Free ramen is available after hot spring ! Yummy

Very bad experience, from check in till check out (except F&B staff). Some staff from the front desk were not polite and gave us a long face. Besides, the room was dirty, and the air-con was malfunctioned. Have asked for a fan and an air purifier in order to keep the room temperature at an acceptable level! The view was bad too!!!!!

Near to Yubatake and also the shopping street - the hotel concierge will give you the shortcut to yubatake once you have check in which makes the route easy. The buffet spread for dinner and breakfast is good. Ramen as supper is added benefit ! They are also sister hotels with Daitokan and Kusatsu Onsen Hotel , and guests can use the onsen in the respectives hotel :) , but need to catch the timing
