Ulasan Villa Konak Hotel

Very charming place a short walk from city center. Has a nice courtyard with beautiful plantings, and a decent pool. Bed was firm and comfy, bathroom appliances worked fine.

有歷史有故事的老別墅，弄的特別乾淨！離愛琴海也很近走10分鐘就能到啦。泳池小巧可愛，早餐精巧別緻，流連忘返。

房間裝修很不錯，位置也很好。院子很有感覺。唯一的不便利是導航極難找到，城市的衚衕半山腰中，自駕停車非常難。

房間要價不貴，房間內部尚可，自帶陽台，風景不錯，空氣不錯。但是花園設施沒有進行維護，導致坐在椅子上時被不明黃色液體粘在衣服上，體驗不太好，其他都還可以。

房間乾淨整潔，整體環境優美而舒適。 所在位置是一個坡道，下方不遠就是味道不錯的家庭餐廳以及便利店，再往下是海邊商業區。 服務人員熱情友善。 缺點是設施略顯老舊，室內空調功率不足，需長時間開啟才能有效降低室温。洗手間管路老化，存在漏水現象。

ホテルは非常に清潔でした。私の泊まった部屋は少し空調が強かったので、夜は空調を消して寝ましたが問題ありませんでした。レストランの側にプールがあり、日中はプールで過ごしました。飲食店も近く、オーナーも親切です。朝ごはんがあまり私の好みではありませんでしたが、温かく十分な量の朝食が提供されました。 オトガルは遠いですが、ミニバスの停留所が近くにいくつかあるようです。私はエフェス遺跡まで行くためにオトガルまで歩きましたが、大体20分くらいでした。 レディースビーチもあまり近くないので、もしも行くのであればミニバスを利用したほうがいいと思います。 また、街は坂道が多いので、空港からの送迎は頼んだほうが良いと思います。

對於挑剔廣東人來説，這裏服務人員很親切，還會主動幫忙搬行李，經理能説流利英語，花園很漂亮，民宿挺不錯的！冷氣夠足，房間乾淨，熱水剛剛好，水量很大！早餐也不錯，水果很新鮮，超級無比的甜！ 唯一不足是wifi，畢竟土耳其就這樣了，信號不能跟中國比！

I stayed for one night at The Villa last week and I have to say I was extremely impressed. The owner made me so welcome on arrival and my room was very clean and comfortable with lots of character. The place is unique and I can see why various actors from over the years have stayed here . The area around the pool is lovely and welcoming and the breakfast selection was just perfect to set the day off in the right way. I only wish I could have spent a few days here. I hope to come back for longer next time .

Villa Konak is a hidden gem right in the heart of Kusadasi. From the moment we walked through the doors, the Turkish charm hit us. Rooms were spotlessly clean and our beds made every day by the most wonderful team of ladies. Breakfast was simple but ample and each day as a special treat, there was something different; pancakes, waffles etc. As a lactose intolerant traveller, I was unable to drink the milk. Korkut, the manager, went out of his way to get me some lactose free milk...a huge gesture of kindness. The whole team were welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Warm smiles, dancing and a 5pm afternoon tea all added to the special charm. It was always a delight to enjoy the company of Korkut and his lovely wife Izim during afternoon tea. There are parts of the Villa that need some attention and time putting into repairs but the Villa has stood and contiues to stand the test of time well. To Korkut, Izim, Murat and all the team at Villa Konak, we thank you for everything and hope to return next year.

My wife and I spent just over two weeks in this lovely hotel. The rooms were spotless, housekeeping every day and fresh towels each day. Each day they serve afternoon tea with cakes made in house. Beds were very comfortable. We had to cut short our holiday due to a family emergency back home. The owner Korkut couldn’t have been more helpful and even gave us a full refund for the days we wouldn’t be using. Next time we’re in Kusadasi we’ll drop by for tea and cake thank you for a great time.

Villa Konak is an oasis of charm and tranquillity in busy Kusadasi. A few minutes walk to the caravansérail and the port, it is also a great place to stay if you have a ferry to take in the morning. The pool and garden are great, and there really allow you to rest after a day of visits. Let’s not forget the amazing hospitality of managers Izim and Korkut who continue the tradition of offering tea and sweets in the garden at 5 pm. A great way to appreciate the tradition of hospitality of Turks and get to know fellow travellers.
