Hotel KAN-RAKU Kurume Station

Ini hotel baru, jadi mungkin situasinya masih perlu ditingkatkan. Proses check-in agak lama. Kamarnya lumayan, meskipun agak redup. Sarapannya agak biasa saja, tapi secara keseluruhan harganya tidak mahal.

I picked this hotel as it was newly opened, about a year or so. Though it was a short distance (abt 7mins or so walk) from the nishitetsu kurume station, no nearby convenient stores. However i enjoyed my stay so much that i extended one more night. Service level was amazing, Miyahara san who checked me in took all efforts to assist Despite me not speaking Japanese. As it was raining through the 3 days i was in kurume the evening curry rice was truly a blessing as i don't hv to go out for food especially taking a comfortable hot bath after coming back drenched!

Nice and tidy room. Though it's a little complicate for foreign customer when check-in but frontdesk staff help us complete without any trouble. Breakfast is simply but really delicious.

A surprisingly nice accommodation we booked this hotel just the night before since there is a change in the schedule due to Kumamoto earthquake even though we check in at night time the staff are very proactive and helpful regarding our check-in. Even though the hotel does not provide car park, there’s plenty car park nearby.

Good location, free curry rice at evening and free onsen at ground floor

Good location and very friendly staff. The hotel is within 5 minutes of walk to the station, and offers every service that you would want. The rooms are confortable.

Small Room but Good location, Good Service. There is free curry rice during evening time

Very comfortable, clean and friendly staff

No car park . Staff not know English much . Breakfast so so ....
