The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and offers a fully equipped, modern kitchen with kitchen unit and open dining & living area. Both bedrooms have quality double beds. One bedroom has access to an en-suite bathroom with bath. Adjacent to the dressing room with spacious wardrobe is a TagesWC with shower. From the balcony you can enjoy the magnificent view of the foothills of the South Tyrolean mountains. The garden is behind the house and is equipped with sun loungers and parasol. À fantastic stay
We spent a wonderful week at Gert’s place. The house offers a lot of space and is very well equipped at all levels, including the kitchen where we find high quality materials and in large quantity. The balcony offers a magnificent view on the valley and the mountains and add another space for a meal. The house is also well located to discover the South-Tyrol region and the German roots presence. Gert has been very generous to share information with respect to restaurants and activities in the area. Definitively, if we are coming back in South-Tyrol, we will book the same house with no hesitation.

Wir hatten tolle 10 Tage in Südtirol. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen und für Ausflüge in die Region der perfekte Start. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Es gab einen unkomplizierter Check-In sowie Check-Out und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und undunaufdringlich. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Bettmatratzen, die waren schon sehr durchgelegen und weich. Ist aber vielleicht auch Geschmackssache.

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Leider war der Garten nicht nutzbar, da überall Grassamen auf der Erde verteilt war. Unseren Gastgeber haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Es war niemand vor Ort, der uns die Einrichtung gezeigt hat. Nach telefonischer Nachfrage wurde uns nur erklärt, das der Schlüssel steckt. Es gab weder eine persönliche Einweisung noch eine Informationsmappe. Das WLAN Passwort haben wir auch telefonisch erfragen müssen. Wir hatten trotz allem eine schöne Zeit und sind gut ins neue Jahr gestartet.
