For Vienna, the room facilities are much better than other hotels, clean and tidy, the carpet is very clean, but some suggestions:
1. Dust removal needs to be improved
2. There should be a lot of dust on the air conditioner filter that can be seen with the naked eye
3. The quilt core and quilt cover do not match, there is a large gap, it feels like a 1.2 quilt core cover and a 1.35 quilt cover, but fortunately the mattress is very soft and comfortable.
4. Service needs to be improved

Old guests, I stayed and gave me a free room upgrade. It was really good, the room was clean, and the street at the door was very convenient for eating. It is a very good experience. The location of the hotel is superb, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is very convenient to eat, drink and play. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm and comfortable, the bedding was soft and the sleep was particularly fragrant. The service staff was kind and welcoming, responsive, and the check-in and check-out procedures were quick and efficient. The proprietress's service is impeccable, the attitude is very warm, and always centered on the guests, which makes us feel very warm and comfortable. There was also a loud sound of the car wash pump next door. After the coordination of the two bosses, the car wash pump has been moved outside. The road in front of the hotel has also been repaired for rainy days. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is soundproofed, the bedding is comfortable, and the five-star praise.

JJairoOur experience at this hotel could not have been better—it was truly beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, nestled in a historic house with sophisticated decor that exudes charm and elegance. The staff went above and beyond to please us, attending to every detail with care.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious afternoon tea, featuring a homemade tiramisu that was absolutely delightful. The staff is well-prepared to receive foreign guests; Miss Yang, in particular, speaks excellent English and is very kind.
Overall, we strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and exceptional stay in Zhouzhuang.

The owner and assistants are very friendly.
They even offered local delights snacks and carried my heavy luggage up to the room and across th bridge when I checked out.

GGuest UserOne of our favorite places. Really a great stay. The lady who runs the place is super nice. Room had cool exotic decorations and furniture. The balcony was nice although not much to see but done roof tops.
Location is great. You have to pay 100 rmb to enter the city before you walk a few blocks to hotel. Right next to double bridge which is famous because of an old painting but otherwise no big desk. Indeed there were other double bridges and more picturesque bridges.
Only drawback was no breakfast at all. So you need to wander around and find a restaurant. We madd the mistake of ordering coffee from a coffee shop. Despite 35rmb - more expensive than in US it was just an automatic machine - not barista made, and couldn’t even taste much coffee. This has nothing to do with the hotel but it was a ripoff.
Another good thing about the hotel was they have another business of historical clothes rental with makeup and photography. It turned out great.

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

I particularly like the location because it is within walking distance from the Kunshan Culture and Art Center. It is so convenient to watch performances from Shanghai, especially when there are some popular performances that cannot be bought in Shanghai. The curve saves the country and the price-performance ratio is unparalleled.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during my trip from Nanjing to Suzhou and then to Zhuang Zhou. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She picked us up and sent us to the room. The hotel is 20 meters away from the entrance, which is super convenient and not as noisy as the scenic spot. The room is very beautiful and the decoration is very delicate. You can see that it is very attentive. The children especially like it. Highly recommended

AAnonymous UserWhen I came to Kunshan, I saw that Novotel Huijin was new and had good reviews, so I booked this hotel. The overall stay was good, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good, the service was good, and the decoration was not too heavy. Driving is very convenient. After entering the license plate at the front desk, you can enter and exit at will within a day. Please note that you must park in the underground garage and cannot park in a parking space with a ground lock. There isn't much food around, and it's a bit far from the business district.

DDanielledWent on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play.
Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time.
All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.
