Great all round stay as expected of a brand name hotel. The hotel has its own compound and restaurants which are great. Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from. They have some facilities which are closed. Very near Zhouzhuang Water town entrance. Around 7mins via Didi.

A very nice comfortable hotel, located in a park setting, conveniently located near the beautiful old “water town” of Zhouzhuang. A great place to relax and chill out away from the hustle and bustle of Suzhou and Shanghai. Restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner are good.

The room has a strong family feel and is very suitable for the whole family to live in. It would be more perfect if the floor could be arranged higher and there were more children's toys in the room.

I stayed here with my kids for one night during the May Day holiday. The overall feeling was average. It might be because the holiday was busy. The cleaning was perfunctory. The snack crumbs on the corners of the bed and the carpet were not cleaned up, so I had to ask someone to make up for the cleaning after returning late. The toiletries were removed and not replaced in time. Although the room on the first floor was upgraded to a lake view room, the light was not good. It is recommended to stay on a high floor. The price is generally fair, and the surrounding environment is acceptable, but the service awareness really needs to be improved! !

The attitude of the hotel from the front desk to the waiters is extremely disappointing. 1. This lack of basic etiquette makes people wonder whether the hotel has done pre-job training. 3. Inefficiency: I asked for children's toiletries for my child, but they were delayed for two hours after three reminders. I can't solve the problem without getting angry. If I can't even respond to basic needs, how can I talk about service quality? As a regular hotel, the employees have no service awareness, the management process is chaotic, and they have completely failed the trust of the guests. I will never stay here again, and I don't recommend any relatives or friends to choose here!

The room is very big, and the best thing is that there is a balcony. I opened the door at night to get some fresh air. It was absolutely amazing. I specially arranged a room facing the water. The view is beautiful, and the air conditioning is very comfortable. I turned down the wind at night and there was no noise, which did not affect my sleep. The breakfast is also very rich, with both Chinese and Western styles.

I communicated with the front desk again early in the morning and was told that the hotel did turn off the air conditioner at night😱😱😱, which was really too much. Later, the hotel expressed its apologies and immediately turned on the main switch of the air conditioner😡😡😡The hotel is too dogmatic. It turns on and off the central air conditioner according to the season instead of the weather forecast, and does not consider the guests. Of course, the hotel also has good aspects. The scenery is pleasant and quiet. The room is large and clean. The sound insulation effect is good, which is suitable for self-cultivation.
