The hotel's environment, facilities, and services all met my expectations, but a small incident during breakfast slightly tarnished the experience. Pros: Prime Location:The hotel is situated in the heart of Kunshan Development Zone, offering convenient transportation and a variety of shopping and dining options nearby. Spacious and Comfortable Rooms:I stayed in a deluxe king room, which was spacious, modernly decorated, and equipped with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. - Warm and Attentive Service:From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff were always smiling and provided warm, attentive service, making me feel at home. - Diverse Breakfast Options:** The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, all of which were tasty. Cons: Breakfast Service Needs Improvement:During breakfast, I found a strand of hair in my soy milk, which made me very uncomfortable. I immediately reported the issue to the restaurant staff, but unfortunately, the chef did not respond or offer to replace the soy milk or provide any other compensation. This handling of the situation left me very disappointed and affected my dining experience.
