Gudian Banshan Hot Spring Hotel

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

服務及時周到，管家和前台小姐姐盡職盡責。温泉特別舒服，山頂無邊框泳池完美，房間內温泉每天可以換兩次水，服務不推脱很主動。早餐很豐盛，李思瑩小姐姐服務耐心周到！昆明度假旅行的最佳選擇！

環境很好，衞生很好，服務很好，温泉水很好，原本以為一天兩次放水不夠，原來是大湯池，實際上一天放一次足夠了，蒸房很驚喜。早餐很豐盛很有特色。下次還要帶家人來。

Это место для тех кто хочет уединение с собой,с природой . Также прекрасно провести время с ребенком и даже очень маленьким,мама может расслабиться и сделать разные виды массажей . Нам делала девочка под 30 номером,очень понравилось. А также очень классные и насыщенные завтраки,разные натуральные соки ,фрукты и многое другое. Обслуживание в ресторане на очень высоком уровне, очень вежливый персонал и всегда готов помочь во всем . Мы провели супер классное время и отдохнули от всей суеты. Очень понравилось!!! Супер.
