Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

環境沒的説，幽靜清凈，房間乾淨整潔。
服務很到位細緻，需要鞋拔子，房間裏沒有備，致電前台立即從別處借了一把拿過來；
在餐廳遇到王春花問是否睡好，順口説了床太硬，馬上就有人過來把床墊加厚，被感動了
也感謝事無鉅細服務的帥哥（忘記名字），還有前台戴眼鏡的妹子
不過鑒於退房時間卡的太死，我決定，下次再來一定先到這邊住幾晚再去其他地方，以防在機場傻等數小時回程班機。

我住的該房型是別墅型。是在一個山頭上沿着半坡修建的別墅。比較安靜。裏面的設施還是比較新。很乾凈衞生。温泉池很大，一天送兩次水。服務比較好，隨叫隨到。外面主要是温泉池，都在沿路的山坡上。早餐在山頂上面的餐廳還算可以。服務員熱情有禮貌。其中一位接待我們（名字叫黃春花）比較熱情、積極、很有禮貌。
美中不足的地方有：1·山頂上看風景，有一半看到湖的是比較漂亮，另一半的風景比較差，都是蓋着白薄膜的農田狀態和爛尾樓的態。2.訂兩房的房型要注意哦。有一種兩房別墅，衹有一個洗手間，如果要有兩個洗手間那就要貴好多，不知道設計出於什麼考慮。

最大的亮點是早餐及其豐盛，選擇多樣。單卧別墅建在半山腰，晚上能欣賞到七彩雲南的煙花表演。室外温泉泡池大大小小有72個公眾的。還有無邊泳池適合欣賞落日拍照。美極了。房間內可以訂餐送入享用，院內泡池也很大。可以一邊賞星星一邊享受花瓣浴。完美的體驗！

這次明顯服務好了很多很多 就是提一個小小的建議 床品能不能換一下 每次住早上起來都是腰痠背疼的 這個床品和這個價位的酒店嚴重不匹配 希望改進 也挺酒店的管理人員以及睡一晚試試

非常地道的一個温泉酒店 雖然距離市區略微有點偏遠 但是從房型到設備設施再到管家服務態度 最後包括價格 都是無敵一般的存在 秒殺昆明市內絕大多數五星酒店 就留下了難忘的一趟行程感受 非常非常滿意 私湯無敵！

房間很大，設施比較齊全，但是昆明冬天房間空調調節到30度温度也上不來，房間温度低。冬天外面冷，公共温泉池無法去泡湯，衹能在別墅院內的池子泡了。早餐比較好，但是餐廳也很冷，總之冬天冷，植物也不茂盛，建議冬季不要來。服務人員服務一般，前台不熱情。
