We had a wonderful stay at SHINN Kunming Shiyin Vacation Homestay during our time in Kunming. This apartment offers excellent value for money—very spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Honestly, it has more than you’d ever need while traveling.
The location is central, making it super convenient to get around Kunming, and there’s a metro station just a short walk away. One of the standout features is the panoramic city view—the apartment is on the 36th floor of a skyscraper, so you get amazing views from every window.
We also really appreciated the daily housekeeping and room service, including towel changes and cleaning, which added a lot of comfort to our stay.
The only small point for improvement is the Wi-Fi speed—it was a bit slow at times, and with internet being so important these days, a faster connection would really enhance the experience.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend SHINN Kunming Shiyin Vacation Homestay to anyone visiting Kunming!

The room is very spacious and the decoration style is very clean and elegant. The Jiaosanqiao subway station is downstairs, which is very convenient for travel. It is not far from Hang Lung Plaza and can be reached directly on foot. Check-in is very convenient, and the housekeeper is very thoughtful and considerate.
