This apartment exceeded all our expectations! It is brand new, impeccably clean, and offers stunning views (see photo). The room has a super comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning, strong wifi, a large TV, and a shower with excellent water pressure. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the train station in a charming, safe neighborhood filled with great local restaurants. On top of that, the host is exceptional. He is incredibly kind, highly responsive, and always eager to assist. If we return to Kunming, we would love to stay here again! Highly, highly recommend.

A very comfortable and clean homestay, with affordable prices and a very strategic location, surrounded by food options all day and night, with a supermarket nearby as well. It’s very close to the Kunming train station and MRT, about 500 meters or a 5-minute walk.The owner, Siao Zhang, is very friendly and kind, always enthusiastic to help. Thanks!

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. However, what truly made the stay remarkable was the host. From the moment we arrived, the host greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel instantly welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing excellent local recommendations and always being available to assist with anything we needed. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made all the difference. The location of the hotel was also great, offering easy access to all the attractions while being tucked away in a peaceful area. The combination of a great environment and a caring host made for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The guy was very kind and friendly. Helped me get from Kunming Railway Station to the hotel by his electric scooter. The room is great for the money.

张睿杰 is the best host I've ever met so far (sei un grande! 😝). I now consider him a friend. He was nice from the very first Moment, inviting me for dinner, giving me a ride with his motorbike to play some music and spending the evening together. But the list is so long that it's hard to express in words how cool he is. If you come to Kunming, this place it's a great choice. I'm just going to give some advice to foreigners: It is at the 25th floor of a building and very few people speaks English in the area so you better check the number of the building on the reservation and look for It (buildings in the area have signal with big numbers). If you can't find it, you can ask people using Baidu translator app (张睿杰 introduced me to this app); my room was very tiny, even though there was everything I need and 张睿杰 would give you all the help to have a pleasant stay, but if you need more space, you better check the dimensions of the room and book the one which fits you the best (on trip you find all the accurate informations).

I chose this place because of its proximity to kunming railway station, 5 minute walk. The place was comfortable and quiet. Rooms are small, but perfect if you're looking just for a place to sleep before you continue your travels. The owner is very hospitable and friendly, talk to him if you get a chance, he's a cool guy. Some caveats: - IMPORTANT: the address in baidu is incorrect, per booking instructions you need to contact the owner a day before, and arrange for him to pick you up, the place is a 2 minute walk away from the location in baidu - it's a bit hard to find the subway (to the airport) from this location, because the homestay is close to the kunming railway north entrance, but the subway is actually on the kunming railway south entrance side, and you can't go through the railway station. All in all, a very enjoyable stay, and good value for money!

The hotel was nice and comfortable but the location was difficult to find.

離昆明站非常近。老闆發的導引視頻太強大！！！按視頻找很方便。老闆人很好，豐常有耐心。雖説房間是臨鐵路的，但我和孩子都感覺火車聲有催眠做好，睡的滿好的👌🏻

圖片中的房型是老闆家的家庭房，隔音效果不錯，環境乾淨衞生，在昆明站附近這個價位能訂到這樣的很不錯，以後到昆明站附近還來他家。主要是老闆很照顧來這住的客人，會叮囑客人晚上不要大聲吵鬧，也會接送客人和幫忙拿行李。

Не передать словами как я рада, что нашла эти апартаменты и встретила таких приятных и добрых хозяев. 🥰 Моя комната была с видом на город, очень уютная, заботливо оформлена декором, все удобно и продумано: есть балкон, можно открыть окошко, можно прикрыть окно сеткой от комаров, комаров впрочем и нет, но если вдруг залетит то можно использовать специальное средство, которое также есть в номере. Матрас удобный, у меня больная спина, так что поверьте, я спала хорошо. Есть подушки и теплое одеяло, все кипельно белое, свежее, приятно укутаться и засыпать. Есть кондиционер, им можно добавить прохлады в комнату, есть телевизор, если он вам нужен, wifi работал очень хорошо - я смогла поработать 🫶. Есть шампуньки, вода, стаканчики, зубные щетки, мыло и гель для душа. В ванной все продумано, есть аж 4 разных насадки на душ, шлепки, вода горячая, приятно принять душ после тяжелого дня. Ребята были очень добры ко мне, разрешили оставить некоторые вещи и приняли меня после возвращения, поддерживали связь, угощали чаем и помогли постирать вещи. Я так благодарна вам! Спасибо большое за вашу заботу, доброту, и теплые улыбки. Надеюсь в следующий раз я буду знать китайский язык и смогу с вами общаться без переводчика. 😅 Буду рада встретить вашу семью в Москве. Приезжайте к нам в гости 🫶🫶🫶

老闆超級好！非常貼心！快晚上十二點才到找不到位置，老闆會騎小電驢來接，房間是一個套間改的，內部很整潔，衞生打掃的很乾凈，房間雖小但五臟俱全

優點： ① 距車站近，拿行李箱箱從民宿到南進站口一路飛奔衹需10min； ② 衞生乾淨，床和浴巾整潔無異味； ③ 設施全面，從一次性用品提供全面，淋浴器很好，可以實時顯示温度，不用擔心温度過低或過高； ④ 服務很好，提供接送服務，民宿老闆很會聊天。 提醒： 這是那種一套房子，裏面分房間居住，所以晚上睡覺時可能會被打擾； 房間很小，衹有一張床和一張桌子，不適宜長時間呆著。 總結：兩人居住，僅僅過夜非常不錯

주인분께서 굉장히 친절하세요. 제가 길을 잘 못 찾았는데, 밤 늦게 데리러 와주셨어요. 시설도 좋고 쿤밍 기차역에서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리라 위치도 좋습니다. 다만 기차역에 가깝다보니 조금 시끄러워요.
