booked this hotel last minute as the previous hotel was not up to standard. 欣怡 was amazing. what a thoughtful staff. novotel ought to promote her. she kindly showed us the way to the convenient store and introduced a lot of nice places for us to visit and to have our meals. you can tell that she’s not the pretentious type but someone that puts her heart and soul into what she does/enjoys. // this is one of the best novotel hotel i’ve stayed. room is SO clean. they even have kids bedroom slippers and toothbrush. everything was thoughtfully planned out. nice shower system as well. they have dyson too haha

After a long flight from Singapore to Guangzhou then to kunming, this is all we needed,a wonderful place to recharge.There are many shopping malls just throw a stone away.Thank you Novotel.If you guys travel to kunming, this hotel is highly recommended.

Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Especially staff name Cindy, she very polite and friendly. She also gives us small gift for each person when we check out. Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall.

Just a nite as early flight back home. Value for money. Near the mall and much variety for lunch and dinner. New and clean.

Well located near the mrt station. Easy to get didi as well. Staff were polite and were able to communicate in simple English.

This hotel is located in a great place, 2 minutes to metro station (line 5), surrounded by a lot of local food stores, convenient stores, shopping malls etc., The room is good with quite enjoyable view points from room, plus nice decorations and sufficient cleanliness. Staffs and services are ok, professional and standard from the branded hotel chain.

The location was great just within walking distance to shopping mall and has lots of eateries around. The room was clean. Special mention of one of the staff Jack who had been really friendly and showed concern for the guest. Reminding us of weather and temperature drop and also introducing the surrounding of the hotel to us. Areas to improve: 1. Staff lack of awareness of facilities - when we asked about card access to the gym and laundry room, one of the staff insisted that no card access was required when card access was required. She even questioned us if we went to the correct place. 2. Service attitude - we asked for help with the hotel address and a local phone number for the delivery app . A male receptionist showed great impatience in assisting us (sighing and rolled his eyes) right in front of us. This really disappointed us as we expected better service.

Services provided by front office was excellent especially from 欣怡. I would give her 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is centrally located with a big mall opposite. Very convenient. Not too far from the airport and Kunming train station. Special thanks to hotel staff Ms Noya. She is friendly and helpful. We truly appreciate her hospitality and yes… we are returning to Novotel Kunming for our last night before saying goodbye to beautiful Yunnan!

The hotel was comfortable, and the service was great. Hotel staff 欣怡(Cindy), was very helpful in providing recommendations for us and ensuring that we have a pleasant trip. She also gave wonderful food recommendations that we tried and readily answered all our queries. Great place, great service! Will be here again should we visit again!
