Radisson Resort and Spa Lonavala

Nice and comfy experience. Had booked for two nights. Tejas and the staff are really polite and looks after you to deliver great experience. It provides extra activities that will keep you busy. Do enjoy the trek with Mayur as he shows and explains the nature and birds calling

Bala shree and Lipu ji all served us so well It was comfortable and happy stay Overall joyfull experience A little expensive but we had good time and loved the place Everyone is so polite and helpful here Mr Amol also sstved us so well A good to go place

Highly recommended hotel if you are planning a stay in Lonavala. Swimming pool is huge and clean. Also special thanks to Bala and Monika in Hirkani restaurant. They were very polite and made sure all the orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Our stay with Radisson lonavala was one of the best stay experience we ever had. The food was remarkable. Their morning buffet is also good with muti cuisine options like spit Indian, North Indian n oriental n English breakfast. Special Thanks to Bala and Monika. We recently stayed at the Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala on the occasion of my wife's birthday. Considering our amazing past experiences at different Radisson properties so far (Bangalore, Nashik & Alibag), we decided to go ahead with Radisson Lonavala to make her special day memorable. Little did we know that it was about to turn into a disappointing one. Here's what we encountered- 1. The staff at the Reception are a bit conservative and do not bother to ask you if you are at the property to celebrate any special occasion or just for a leisure stay unlike other five star properties. 2. We stayed in the Superior Room with no view. The room appears to be pretty basic and requires quite an uplift. The continuous sound of construction drill in the background was very irritating and annoying. 3. Non-vegetarian options in the buffet dinner menu are quite limited and there not many options to choose from. Though the food is delicious, the service is extremely slow and one will have to wait for 15 to 20 mins just to get a Tandoori Roti on the table. Similar was the case when we asked for Cappuccino during breakfast. Just in case you request Lipu from the staff, you will never get your coffee on time and you might have to request a couple of other staff members for the same. Lipu just speaks sweetly with you but does not pay heed to your instructions. 4. To add to all the above agonizing experience, we were stunned to learn the fact that paying service charge on In Room dining bill was mandatory. When asked ro remove, we were bluntly told to pay the same.To top it all, there was CGST & SGST added to the service charge amount which is never is the case. Attached is the proof for reference. 5. The house keeping does not listen to the instructions well. For instance, we asked for a pair of extra face & bath towels. We were only given face towels and never received bath towels. And ya! Do not forget that you might have to dial a couple of times just to get connected to the Reception or the House Keeping department. Taking into consideration the above experiences, we are surely never going back to the Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala and hope this review helps several other potential guests looking forward to book a stay at the property.

The food & ambience @ Raddisson lonavla was very good Thr hotel is a good combination of old rustic charm & modern ambience Location is a little away from the main market but still good Very good hospitality from lipu / balarisha & monika . Thank you to the Radisson Lonavla

The property was exceptionally well maintained. It’s a good mix of outdoor and indoor settings. Room was nice and comfortable with the bathtub being the icing on the cake. Food was nice as well with variety being the best part. It’s a nice place for a relaxing visit. Special shout out to @Mayur who is the trek guide as well as co-ordinate for multiple activities. Exceptional knowledge about the geography and takes everyone *****. Thanks Mayur!

The pancakes were delicious and I loved the setup of the breakfast Good service by all the staff specially Ms Monika and enjoyed the buffet spread ……………………………..,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,::……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

This was my third property with radison.havevvisited a karjat and alibagh property before but this one is beat I can say .Service was very good .. really appreciate each and every staff for the efforts they put to make the customer stay best . Food was great . Will recommend to visit once at this property of Radison .
