The buffet food was really delicious. We really loved the ambiance and the lights. Janci and Sachi were welcoming and kind to us. We enjoyed the stay and the staffs were kind-hearted with helping nature. Thanks for giving us the wonderful experience and hospitality.

I would really recommend this hotel to visit, staff are really friendly and it’s very clean. The lounge is also beautiful so one can relax there. 😀😀. Hotel looks really beautiful and everything is near by e.g . Elephant rides, boating 🛶 Bus stand and all.

Pros- Very well kept property convenient location Professional Management Good food Good service Cons- Swimming Pool was under construction Conclusion- You won't go wrong if you book keys Prima in Thekkady but if swimming Pool is a must for you, call the management before booking.

It was a memorable wonderful stay experience we had as a family, the staffs here is absolutely supportive and home friendly Ms.Manju, Mr.Anu and ms.Dolly and particularly Mr.Anaz helped us in logistics carefully and also the hotel is in centre of city which accessible to all Attractions nearby thank you

Clean rooms, Good breakfast, Ample parking and central locations are some of the notable experiences of the hotel. Saji and Karthik from the keys cafe took care of the breakfast which was meticulously curated and delivered. Overall - 10/10.
