Resort is at remote location for shoping or restirents. You will need a taxi ride to anywhere around. Food & service is 4 star, good holiday place for relaxing time. No alochole served at the resort, but staff was very helpful to direct us for the local shop.

Good property cannot say the best one from 5star point of view because they are lacking in some areas to make them a five star property, rooms are of bit old construction really need renovation to make them look good, best part is there swimming pool cottages that we booked breakfast and dinner spread needs enhancement as it was very basic which generally we get in 4 star, staff was really helpful and responsive, chef was really good as he prepared food for our daughter, overall a nice stay but really needs improvement to make them a 5 star property.

The location was great, and the food was fairly good. The main concerns i had were: 1. The bathroom sink would not drain quickly even after complaining about it twice and the staff assuring me it was fixed - bad service
2. The door had to be locked and unlocked from the inside using a key, which was very inconvenient, epsecially when answering the door for staff
3. The open mesh roof in the bathroom may sound nice, but in reality, it was not completely sealed, which allowed large bugs and lizards to easily enter the bathroom. All the staff were very polite and helpful, so no complaints there at all. The complaints are more regarding the state of the room and the incinveniences

I booked the pool view villa for almost ₹ 18k a night. the location of the venue is fabulous and the property looks very good on the outside. the mattress in our room was a very old spring mattress which caved in the middle as soon as we slept on it. any movement by a person would shake the entire bed because of which we couldn't sleep properly. my wife slept on a towel in the bathroom on day 2 because the bed was so bad. after the first night, I informed the staff about this and their solution was to put a comforter on top which made it worse. the least you expect from a hotel at this price is a good night's sleep. the food here is too expensive and not worth the money. everything is priced at 5 star restaurant rates but you would find better tasting food at the small stalls around the resort. the breakfast spread was very average and the dinner buffet was horrible. nothing in the buffet tasted good. it was as if the chef didn't put in any effort for the buffet since it is a buffet. the alacarte menu is still better. I would recommend going to places like Zuri or Hokulam for food. their prices are similar and their food is amazing. the staff was very cordial and nice and the location is fabulous but other than that, it's a highly overrated place.

the mattresses in the room was a very old spring mattress which was very uncomfortable. the mattress sank in the middle with two people and the springs in the mattress hurt you. you would expect a good night's sleep. I asked the staff to change it and they added a comforter in top which made it worse. the buffet at the venue was very bad and nothing tasted good. I would suggest to order the items alacarte which is a little better. so overall an overpriced resort. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
