Hotel Kumamoto Chuo Ward

We booked a four bedroom. Layout is thoughtfully designed with separated toilet and cleaning areas for family. Room is clean and new. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only thing to be mindful is the spa and breakfast can be very busy. Highly recommended for this hotel.

A lovely little hotel just a few minutes’ walk from the Sakuramachi bus station. Very convenient for getting to the Aso volcano by high speed bus. The station is inside a big mall and you can do most of your shopping there too. The hotel itself was comfy, and I got to do my laundry there which was ace.

I recently stayed at a super new hotel in Kumamoto, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Plus, the famous tonkatsu restaurant is just around the corner, which was a big highlight of my stay. If you’re a fan of this iconic Japanese dish, you’ll love how close it is! One of the best features of this hotel is the parking. It’s easy to access and very convenient, especially in a busy city like Kumamoto where parking can be a hassle. The hotel itself is super modern and well-maintained, with sleek, contemporary design and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and offering helpful tips about the area. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel’s location and convenience make it an excellent choice. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Kumamoto!

Very good , also very friendly to handle 2 cases, adapter issue and key card issue . Very good location for going to other spots and the ASO Airport

The Triple Room was too small to accommodate 3 adults. Insufficient space to place 2 big luggages in the room and even harder to open the luggage. The receptionists were not so friendly however the amenities are more than enough with self-service at the Lobby. All kind of FOC hot and cold drinks are available at the common space canteen too. Location-wise is good as all the restaurants and Pharmacies are just walking distance away.

Good hotel value for money. Will recommend if you are visiting Kumamoto! Very near Kumamoto Castle too!

Great location, helpful staff, parking is somewhat difficult to find due to road closure

Hotel is conveniently located near Sakura Machi main bus terminal which is less than 5 mins walk and also very near to Karashimacho tram station. Room is clean and I knew about the room size before I made the reservation so hv no qualms about it. Recommended to try Katsuretsu Tei fried pork restaurant which only 3 mins walk from the hotel & prepare to queue. The Kumamoto Castle is also quite near from the main bus terminal.

It's a very good hotel. The lobby is very gorgeously decorated and the waiters are attentive and will make you feel at home. The room is very large, and it won't affect the activity space when opened. You can see Kumamoto Castle outside the window, which is very unique. There is Dadong Shopping Street nearby, which is also very convenient for shopping, entertainment and entertainment. 

Great Location and nice staffs are covering the old fashioned facilities which had been 60 years since its establishment. I love all of this hotel including the breakfast. Japanese style breakfast is recommended. Thank you all staffs who supported me during my stay.
