Ulasan Dormy Inn Kumamoto Natural Hot Spring

Location is very convenient, mall, parks, bus interchange just opposite, hot spring also nice, hotel even provide free drink & ice cream outside of the hot spring resting area, also the free ramen during 930pm-11pm.

Every thing okay in this hotel, I will stay again soon. Staff are very friendly

Nice onsen and ramen like any other dormy inn hotels. The room is small and the hotel is a bit dated though.

Extremely convenient location and good hot spring but small room

the hotel is conveniently located near a mall, convenience stores and a big shopping street. the free ramen every night was a bonus as well. the onsen was enjoyable and had a great atmosphere.

it is near the bus terminal so it was very nice to move other city. and staffs are good vibes and classic rooms are so sassy. if i come to this city again, i will book here of course. thank you for make a nice travel to me

The hotel situated at the bus terminal where buses go directly from the airport. Staffs are friendly and always happy to help. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Freshments like noodles you can get for free every night. Ice cream is free to take after 10pm. In the morning u can get free yoyurt. Hot spring is very nice and hot. I would stay at the same hotel if I come again.

Very nice services and easy to find, have free noodles at late night. Also have icecream after hot bath.

The staff is friendly and provide good service. The bath house is normal, but can tell its age. I feel the room is very dusty, it’s making my hand itchy and nose sneezy all the time. The bathroom is also old with water marks and mould. I am a fan of Dormy Inn and have stayed in Dormy Inn branches at Aomori, Hachinohe, Tokyo, and Osaka before, but this Kumamoto branch has the most room for improvement. The hotel is in walkable distance to the castle, so it is great.

Very good location if you want to take bus from sakura machi terminal. Real onsen with ice cream and tasty ramen provided for free. Will definitely come back again.

Good location with convenient stores nearby. Near bus terminal, castle, shopping area. The room is enough for two people. Good hot spring on rooftop. Unlimited ice sticks, free ramen. High recommend for hot spring lovers
