I booked delux duplex villa but there was nothing like delux because washroom's tabs were leaking and tv was not working. Lights in balcony were not working so i just spent money on getting nothing. No new year party organised by hotel even asking so many time. Dogs were sleeping on the sofas of common area. I asked for car wash but no one available as per hotel reception and not ready to do any help in this so i have to washed car myself. Good thing only food and junior staffs (room services, kichen) good. So finally, i spent my worst new year in manali in this hotel. I spent my

location of the hotel was nice. this is very near to volvo private bus stand approximately 1.5 km. food quality was very good. Room was spacious attached with private balcony for vally view.

The room was not clean and bedsheets seemed to be used and not washed. Also they gave us no towels and toiletries. The hot water was not consistent and the service was late. The only good thing was there food was bearable. Terrible experience for me.

I had a three day stay at this property with my family. The property was very good. The employees at the reception were very helpful. The room view was very nice as it had a balcony. The food was not very good as it was very bland and the taste was not good. And the property doesn't allow you to wash your clothes and it doesn't have a laundry also so it was a problem. Apart from these two points the property was good but i think they should at-least improve there food as tourist are from outside himachal and they want spicy food not bland food. Overall good.

Approaching road towards the hotel is easy to locate. Service, stay and food all are excellent. The room is neat and clean. Overall a very good experience.
