Shangarh Kothi

Had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast! The host (Vikash & Suchi) was incredibly warm, welcoming, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The food was delicious—prepared with love by the polite and friendly staff. The view from the room was absolutely lovely, and there was a nice little sit-out area outside where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It's tucked away in a secluded spot, which made it feel like a perfect escape, yet it felt completely safe. Overall, a fun, cozy, and refreshing experience. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location for those who like solitude and peace… healthy and tasty food, Warm and welcoming people, comfortable stays that are reasonably priced… what more can one ask for?? It’s perfect! If you’re coming to Shangarh and you’re someone who enjoys nature and solitude, it cannot get any better than this!

Really great property in the serene side of Shangarh. Good for relaxed getaway. Views are blissful. The hosts are great and take care of all needs. Inhouse Cafe food is tasty and has many veg options. Spent my days sitting in the beautiful open environment of the Shangarh kothi. A lot of trekking options are also available nearby.

Nestled in the heart of the Himalayas, this place offers a pure nature treat with incredible hosts Sucheta and Vikas, who make you feel right at home. We fell in love with the delicious vegetarian food, including their amazing local delicacies, which added a special touch to our stay. The cozy accommodations with breathtaking views from the rooms were perfect for unwinding. The common areas were warm and inviting, making it ideal for family time. Nature enthusiasts will love the scenic treks in the area. It's also a fantastic spot for family-friendly trekking adventures—my daughter had a wonderful time exploring the trails. We were fortunate to experience snowfall during our visit, which truly was the cherry on top! If you want to experience an authentic Himalayan village and create lifetime memories, Shangarh Kothi is a must-visit.
