City Star Hotel Kulai Review I recently stayed at City Star Hotel Kulai, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The hotel has a very demure and cozy atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to unwind. One of the nice touches was the free drinks available in the fridge at the lobby, which is a thoughtful addition for guests. There’s also a minibar in the room, adding to the convenience. Speaking of the room, it was spotless—definitely one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Overall, City Star Hotel offers great value with little extras that make a difference. If you’re in Kulai and looking for a comfortable, no-fuss stay, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

The hotel is old, furniture is outdated and the room with a musty smell. The air conditioning is not cool, there is no hairdryer. The bathroom is still okay, it is still acceptable because the price is reasonable.

Hotel room is old, not recommend for couple & without plug near the bed that is difficult to charge phone.

Very terrible. First and last. All the furniture is too old. Mattress so hard. Also with pillow.

Room floor was oily. No customer service attitude. Counter took their time to attend to customers. No night life around the area. They provide water coolers. Old hotel but nice design. Not much plugs in each room.

I expected a better hotel as advertised at Trip.com. No services provided therefore I gave low ratings. Nonetheless, the floors and towels are clean compared to many hotels.

Location is o.k but no supplied shampo and towel as indicated when i booking.That is o,k for a low price hotel and a place for sleep and rest for me.

What can I stay. It's a cheap hotel with so so accommodation. Room looks too old. It's like your grandpa stay here during his younger age. Room is too small and smelly. Will never return again.

Satisfying with the room condition,only the wifi is not strong....also missed out of the fridge.
