The reception was on second floor. It was a building shared by 2 other hotels. The receptionists were very helpful. The room was nice and clean. Hot water with good pressure. Aircon was good. We stayed for 2 nights, they didn't make up the room on second day. We asked for fresh towels when we came back at night, they changed it immediately. Free washer.

It was easy to find it after following the navigation. It seemed that there was a relatively prosperous commercial street nearby, and it was very lively even at 10:30 pm. After completing the accommodation procedures on the second floor, we arrived on the 25th floor. Thank you to the hotel for upgrading our ordinary parent-child room to a suite. Enter the bathroom on the left hand side of the room, with wet and dry separation, smart toilet, and a wardrobe on the right. Going inside is the living room with a TV, sofa and coffee table. The windows are large and overlook the night view of Kuitun. Unfortunately, it would be better if the glass could be wiped clean. . The bedroom has plenty of space, with two beds, one large and one small, a TV, a storage cabinet, a small coffee table and two soft stools. It is recommended to add a place to hang clothes next to the bed. The central air-conditioning in the room works very well, the airflow is smooth, and the bedding is very clean. As soon as you enter the room, there is a smell of linen with a slight smell of detergent, which is very reassuring. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit soft and could be improved. Overall very satisfied.

到奎屯玩，可能是冬天淡季，酒店房價也不高，天天換酒店，前面住的酒店不是隔音太差就是房間小。有的門頭看着高大上。內部設備設施老化的嚴重，不忍直視。他們家酒店設施應該是裝了沒多久。挺新的。如果是出差，旅遊都可以選擇的酒店，性價比挺好的，周圍交通便利，出門滴滴，樓下吃飯的啥都有，都挺方便的，房間乾淨整潔，床很軟很舒服，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，房間採光不錯，因為住在25樓嘛，打開窗簾就是奎屯的全景，有種一覽眾山小的感覺。房間也挺安靜，隔音還可以，會常來，希望越來越好

酒店前台在二樓，需要坐扶梯上，客房在24、25樓，視野好，可以看奎屯全貌，房間乾淨整潔，停車方便，早餐是合作早餐店，粥包子樣數多，包子特別好吃，衞生間二分離，比較方便，樓下有一個烤魚店很火

整體還是可以的，周圍商業我還是相對比較豐富的，樓層也還是比較高，一眼望過去，把整個城市都能基本看完。

房間很大，洗手間很大，客廳很大，窗外能看到美麗的夕陽，第一晚住在奎屯，第二天去賽里木湖很方便，能減少車程，推薦入住！

酒店前台熱情服務，進店後房間升級，房間佈局合理，觀景房俯視奎屯，夜景很美！房間有兩個亮點，1、智能馬桶🚽，very nice，2.智能感應燈夜間如廁方便。總體感覺很好，休息了很久！

不知道為啥我住的那個房子，晚上地暖涼了，睡着啦，沒有開空調把人凍感冒了，但是酒店確實不錯，環境衞生，服務都可以的

套房正好能滿足我們一家四樓的住宿問題，非常棒！就是沒有香皂讓我有點不適應，用不習慣沐浴露，但是能克服！總體不錯！

酒店位置就在馬路邊，停車在店門口，早餐出門外邊上早餐店吃，樓下有一個烤魚店很火，客房的衞生也很好，整體入住感覺不錯。

酒店房間寬敞明亮，觀景房可俯瞰奎屯市區，床鋪被褥乾淨整潔，洗浴水量充足，價格經濟實惠，酒店樓下即可停車（停車一晚12元），前台服務好，推薦！
