Hotel was ok but the food was disgustingly poor We were here for 4 nights with ledger holidays for Christmas Christmas Day meal was so poor we had a slice of tomato and a slice of cheese for starters then main was a slice of turkey a few chips and 4 sprouts then dry chocolate sponge which was horrible Then to top things off 4 out of 7 in our group had terrible sickness and diarrhoea and I spoke to a lot of other people stay and they were ill too Boxing Day was spent in bed ill The evening meal on Boxing Day night was a dry pork steak 2 florets of broccoli and dry boiled rice I’m sorry but the food was shockingly disgusting no way they deserve 4star I’ve eaten better food in 3rd world countries They had Yardley no staff we had to Que for a drink at the bar for ages and dinner was at 7 We got the starters by 8pm and the mains by 9pm Some guests said they went out for food as it was so much better but as we were there over Christmas not many places were open. I have stayed in a lot of hotel around the world but this was the worst one Such a shame because we all enjoyed Austria but this hotel spoiled our stay and we couldn’t wait to leave .

I was here on business and was initially given Room 401. It is disgrace to even offer such a room at this 4star hotel. Luckily, the staff was friendly and accommodating to my room-switching request. I switched to 412 for my 2nd evening. The difference was like night & day. 401 was more or less a youth hostel room w/private bathroom. Anyone taller than my 160cm would not fit in the bed…no closet, no mirror (except a tiny one in the bathroom), no possibility of opening the window because it opened to a rooftop terrace, generally very dark, broken shower head….I could list much more but you get the picture. Thankfully 412 was a newer room with better standards but still no water cooker, tea, coffee, not even a pen or pad of paper. My apologies for the snobby review, but for single rooms starting at @120€/night (during low season) & claiming to be 4 star hotel, one has “gotta get with the program!” The 3 star review is for the accommodations, but the staff and the breakfast definitely both get 5 stars.

As part of a large Christmas tour group We found a nice hotel but feel that as part of a large group there are economy's to be made with food, A good breakfast evening mealtime was acceptable a couple of poor offerings As the soup was poor and desert. If I was to travel to this area again would I stay there yes but use the hotel restaurant as opposed to a group meal.

When I looked, on the internet, for a hotel near the train station, I was told that this hotel was a 'five minute walk' from the station. Leaving the station, I didn't see it, and asked a passer by where it was. The woman decided it was too difficult to explain and she would go with me. We walked the long hill through the old town and into a new area. Five minute walk? Maybe a 5 minute bike ride for a competitive bicycle rider. My positive experience was the generosity of the woman who took her time to accompany me. The room, the most expensive on my month long trip, was petite. The hotel is a 'businessman's hotel', large and modern. (Their photo made it appear traditional.) The front desk people are helpful.

Ottimo hotel in centro Kufstein, garage privato (a pagamento) che per noi in moto era prezioso, ma anche uno all’aperto sempre privato accanto. Personale molto professionale, attento e cordiale sia in reception, nel ristorante e a colazione. Distributore di bevande, prodotti per viaggio nella hall. Un bel bar e un buon ristorante all’interno l’hotel. Camere ampie e funzionali. Tutto il contesto molto pulito. Consigliato!

Ein Fest mit 150 Freunden war eine leichte Aufgabe für das freundliche Besitzerpaar Sappl und die Crew! Orga und Umsetzung liefen geräuschlos und zur Zufriedenheit des Gastgebers und der Gäste! Wir kommen wieder und wünschen weiter viel Erfolg und glückliche Gäste.

Hotel normale. Forse 4 stelle sono esagerate. In ogni caso buon servizio. Reception sempre presente e puntuale. Il posteggio è interrato o scoperto. Molto accogliente. L’hotel ha camere piccole ma ben congegniate e soprattutto ristrutturate di recente. Manca l’aria condizionata ma da queste parti è qualcosa di normale. Colazione buona se non fosse per la “sezione” dolci… Molto scarsa quando siamo capitati noi. In ogni caso un buon soggiorno che ha valso la cifra spesa
