Kudafushi Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

We absolutely loved our time at Kudafushi. We wanted a chill out holiday at the end of a tough year amd we certainly got that. We did activities each day but mostly enjoyed the beautiful sea water and villa pool. Staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food was top notch in the main buffet or restaurants all meats and fish that we tried were beautifully cooked. The island is very small but has everything you need to unwind. Special mention to the Spa where we had our best couples massage ever! Would definitely consider a revisit and recommend. The villas with pools are especially wonderful.

I can’t even begin to describe this beautiful little island. After landing by sea plane I felt instantly that I had arrived in total paradise. We were greeted by the most courteous staff and welcomed instantly by a beautiful lady called Marta she explained that Kudafushi in Maldive language means “tiny island” She also asked me if there was anything in particular that I was hoping to do while there on my holiday , I explained that I would love to plant a tree in memory of my late daughter who passed away in 2018 age 22 and forever pregnant with her little girl , Marta told me she would try her best to help me achieve that. I travelled with my cousin and we had booked an over the water villa with our own private pool. Black tipped sharks would swim every evening around the beach area next to the water villas, amazing to see . The pool was so big and the room was oozing the true Maldive island vibe. The villa was outstanding and it was so clean, the cleaner Salanty was outstanding, he called him wee Sal , nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. He is a total credit to Kudafushi and one evening he even decorated my bed beautifully with flowers for me . A huge shout out to wee Sal we will never forget you. As we were there for 10 nights the first couple of day we just wanted time to chill out and enjoy the villa . We ordered room service a number of times for food and drinks for a couple of nights, there was a 60 percent charge for the in- villa dining but it was well worth it and gave us the time to just totally relax and settle in which is what we needed at that time. Our room service was delivered by two fantastic guys called Lost and Shazeen , they both were also outstanding and so kind, helpful and friendly. We had an instant connection with Lost and we were so glad that we met him, we can’t praise him enough, such a kind , friendly and genuine lovely man. Meeting him really made our holiday. One morning we ordered a floating breakfast, I can’t recommend this enough it was seriously amazing, compared to other resorts the price of this was well worth it and much cheaper, so if your going to Kudafushi put that on your to do list you won’t regret it, incredible ! We had booked the all inclusive deal , there is two all inclusive deals , one with drinks included and there is the option of the soft all inclusive, the pina coladas, cocktails and African white white were a big hit for us and were so delicious so we were glad we chose the full all inclusive. The North sail restaurant was also amazing with such a huge selection, as a British I was a little worried prior to going as I like simple meals however I decided to be a little adventurous and tried things I would never had dreamed of eating before but the food was so delicious I couldn’t fault it at all. There was a lady that worked most days at the hot grill section (can’t remember her name ) but she made the most delicious cooke

It was our tenth trip to the Maldives and we were a little apprehensive, afraid we'd be jaded or simply disappointed. In fact, quite the opposite - we had our best stay ever at Kudafushi. Superb weather from start to finish, a magnificent lagoon, a beautiful island and probably the best resort from every point of view. The villas are spacious and finely decorated, and the bathrooms are brilliant. The hotel staff are attentive, welcoming without being intrusive. It's also the best buffet we've had so far, with a wide variety of cuisine and a grill serving fresh fish every lunchtime and evening. A small detail that makes all the difference: your drinks are only served when you arrive at the table. But what makes all the difference is the exceptional quality of the reef, which gave us the best snorkeling ever, with an unprecedented diversity of species (leopard rays, sharks, turtles, moray eels, octopus, cuttlefish, and the grail: manta rays just a stone's throw from the boat ressort, an unforgettable experience). We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a stilt house with pool for the last two days, and to top it all off, a dolphin visited us in the late afternoon, literally at the foot of our water villa.

We spent a week in Kudafushi and it was near perfection. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of this little island, beautiful beach and green alleys. The island is really small, so it is short walks to everywhere you are going. Staff is really friendly, especially in the main restaurant, where you were always greeted with a smile. Mostly we were swimming, snorkling, enjoying the holiday. We used the spa, which was nice and we also had a couple of trips (local island tour, snorkling tour). We had a couple of treatments in the spa, we liked the massages but the manicure was a miss. We had the beach villa in the beginning and then we moved to the water villa with pool. I liked maybe the beach villa more, cause you can just walk to the beach and directly to the ocean. Also the outdoor shower was a nice experience. Our teens enjoyed the water villa with pool more. I would recommend to try them both. Pros: * friendly staff, you can always ask for help and everyone is doing a great job. Especially we enjoyed the service in the main restaurant. You can contact the staff via WhatsApp also, this was really easy and quick way to make reservations etc. * the atmosphere! Everywhere is clean, it is easy to get around, walking paths are well maintained, the beach is just all around you. I really enjoyd the vegetation, there is a lot of flowers and plants to give shade * there are lot to do, you can participate in crafts, snorkling, trips. Every day there is some activity for free, we did arts and crafts and played beach volley. Our teens also played billiard and tennis. With paid services we tried jet skies, went on a local island tour, snorkling trip. The best was our private half day trip, where we went snorkling, had lunch on a desert island and then went to see the dolphins (unfortunately we didn't see any, but the boat trip was still nice and we saw the sun set on our way back to the resort) Cons: * if you are a vegetarian, the variety in the main restaurant gets a little repetitive. There is a different team dinner every night, depending on theme there are not many vegetarian dishes to choose from (there were avery day a indian dish, but that was so spicy that I couldn't eat that). Otherwise the main restaurant had quite typical resort buffet variety, but I think the quality was good (I have had better experiences, but definitively also worse, so I would rate the food to be above average). Also they use some sort of smoke to repell mosquitos, the smell is quite strong * the matresses are really really hard. I didn't mind that but others in my family would have preferred softer matresses All in all, we had a nice stay and I would recomment this resort if you are looking a place to relax.

We spent 9 days on this small island, enjoying a truly family-friendly atmosphere. Traveling from Europe is quite a journey, but the island itself and its staff make up for all the inconveniences. This amazing place treated our son like royalty! The room amenities were a pleasant surprise – extra towels, a crib, and even a mosquito net over the bed. The biggest surprise was the dedicated baby menu (free of spices and age-appropriate), which changed daily and was so appealing that our little one happily ate every meal. The staff went out of their way to ensure that every baby in the resort was well taken care of. The island is small, and by the second day, the entire staff knew our family and greeted our son by name wherever we went. Even more impressively, the staff knew exactly when our son’s birthday was – we were surprised with a special dinner and a celebratory cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more memorable. The bungalows are charming and comfortable, nestled in a small grove, providing privacy while still offering breathtaking water views right from the bed. The beach in front of the bungalow is wide and flat, making it perfect for even the tiniest crawlers to explore their own giant sandbox. I highly recommend this place for families with young children, but also for anyone looking for peace, quiet, and privacy. The island allows you to truly disconnect from reality and relax.

. I stayed at kudafushi resort and spa during the last week of January for 6 days. The experience was amazing. I got to the resort through sea plane because it is easier and more convenient than domestic flight then speed boat. Miss Luise went the extra mile to make sure my stay was as nice and lovely as it was. I stayed in beach villa which was magnificent. The outdoor shower was impeccable and the ocean view was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The food was delicious and different cousin every day for lunch and dinner. I got upgraded to beach villa with pool on my birthday and I tried the floating breakfast. It was a lovely experience. All the staff are nice and professional. Housekeeping services were great and quick whenever I asked for anything. Room service was also great.
