Everything is okay except the shower drain seems like there is a clog problem, poor drainage. Love the easy access to the beach, and the view. Easy check in process.

My family and I recently stayed at the Perfect Host Timurbay Beachfront Hotel and were very disappointed with the experience. The hair dryers in both my unit and my family’s unit were broken, and despite requesting replacements, we received NO RESPONSE. The beds had ants, and the rooms had a musty odour. The pillows and beds seemed very old and poorly maintained, as did the furniture and units overall. Additionally, my family and I were hoping to enjoy the sea view from the balconies, but the sliding doors were broken and couldn’t be opened. Considering the high price, the overall condition of both units were not worth the money charged. Both units we rented were in bad condition. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I will not be renting rooms in this hotel again.

Hair dryer and door acceding to balcony is broken, contacted host but no response. And the toilet door is mould and the property is not well maintained. Not worth for the money paid.

Good location for holidays with family. Check out time should be at least at 12noon. Overall okay for short retreat...

Dirty pillow n comforter. No shower gel. Parking lot far from house. So tired to carry alot of thing from car to house. 👎🏼

Room is cozy, nice beds.. 1 queen n 1 single.. pools are awesome.. it is the best thing here.. toilet needs more scrubbing.. beautiful kitchen.. but the sink is too high for kids.. handle of shower is loose..

Few times already stayed with Perfect Host. But this time quite disappointed. Room is too basic & parking view. I understand maybe because its cheapest. Aircond & lamp disfunctioned. Shower bad leaking & clog. My husband clean by himself. Sheet was smelly, we think not change from previous guest & just tidy up. Internet always disconnected.

The carpark allocated to us was at Lev 3A whick require so much time to drive up/down the carpark. It's a waste of time and petrol. Unit was not cleaned throughly. Dirt was seen below sofa, bathroom and rooms. Called the host to get plumber to clear the chockages to the bathroom basins and shower floor trap but request not entertained.

very bad. the floor is oily. I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, with stains on the carpet and mold in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room stuffy and hot. Walls were paper-thin, so I could hear everything from the next room. The staff was unhelpful when I raised these issues. For the price I paid, I expected much better. Would not recommend staying here

Good places
