Ulasan The Leverage Lite (Kuantan)

Setiap kali ke kuantan memang akan pilih hotel ni. Bersih & berbaloi harga. Check in pukul 2pagi pun tak pernah ada masalah.. ok je dapat bilik bersih.. lagi pun confident dgn hotel ni sebab dorang ada ambik pest control..

Good dan berpatutan tapi kurang bersih.. ada rambut2 atas lantai dalam bilik air .. dinding bersawang & lantai bilik kurang bersih, rasa berpasir.. pengering rambut tidak berfungsi.. agak bising sbb bilik atas lobby hotel.. cakap kt bawah dengar sampai dalam bilik.. boleh repeat lagi tapi kena request bilik senyap /kedap bunyi.

Puas hati dengan kebersihan bilik dan servis yang diberikan.

Bersih dan sgt selesa. Bawah ada cafe jual coffee and burger. Kalau nak makan berat sikit kena keluar.

Hotel baru..keperluan or amnities amat minimum..tv tidak berfungsi..

It is very upsad as clearly mentioned request non-smoking room. However, the room is still with smoking smell no matter how they clean. The hotel policy stated no smoking but they did not implement properly. This cause the guest after that need bear with it.

The best hotel in kuantan we stay .. the bed comfort and room clean .. thanks leverage lite kuanta

Decent hotel for the price we pay. Ample parking spots and provide elevator. Cleanliness could be improved.

Very disappointing stay. The shower water heater had a strong burning smell. Every time the water heater was switched on, the toilet light started flickering, which raised serious safety concerns. I called the reception, but was told that the maintenance staff had already gone home and there was nothing they could do. Surprisingly, they even asked me what I wanted them to do. On top of that, the bed did not seem clean. My body felt itchy after sleeping on it, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The hotel should take guest safety and cleanliness more seriously.
