Hotels in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur

Was unfairly charged 100myr for very mild food stains on the bedsheet. Tried to dispute it with the staff but they insisted that it would be changed as per “their MD’s new orders” Charged without trying to wash the sheets or anything. Checkin was ok, got a high floor. Lifts are slightly slow and may require 2-3mins of waiting. Room was overall comfortable and clean. Only 1 saucepan is provided in the svc apt along with basic cutlery. Built in washer/dryer was quite noisy and not user intuitive. Otherwise apart from the unfair charge would have given 4 stars.

It was a wonderful stay as my children were having dental appointments in 163 retail malls. It's just a walk away and no hassle at all. We will definitely return to this place in the future. Highly recommended.

Hotel room was clean, not too spacious but not too small. The size of the room is just nice. The breakfast also was nice, foods are delicious! Love my stay!

Booked here for a staycation with my friends last weekend. There are four of us so I booked the room with 2 queen beds. Room was very spacious, perfect for gathering. Parking was a flat rate of RM12 per entry after a certain amount of time, can’t remember how long. Mattress was comfy but the pillows were too soft for my liking. They allowed us to check in early since there’s room ready and available. Perfect location in Mont Kiara as lotsa restaurants, cafes and malls are within walking distance.

I like this hotel, The breakfast is so nice. The room is so clean and comfortable.This location is best , near to Hartamas plaza .

Excellent accommodation, spacious and confortable room, extremely clean and tidy. This is a new building with nice facilities and in a great location, plenty of food options within 5 mins walking distance in a very safe neighbourhood, or simply order delivery to your doorstep. All in room amenities and appliances 100% working. Fast and reliable wifi access is provided, and good tv with netflix and smart apps available. Easy and speedy check-in and check-out. Very responsive host and very friendly and accommodating staff. Kudos for Ali for making this another great stay! 100% recommended and I will definitely will come back.

This is a newly built hotel. This time I stayed in it for 5 nights in Kuala Lumpur. Let me talk about the shortcomings first: It was past 12 o'clock that night when we stayed at the hotel. After we got off the bus in front of the hotel, a dark-skinned security guard (either Malay or Indian) came up and asked me who I was and what my name was. I was speechless at the time. We came all the way with our children and booked your hotel a month in advance. At least you let us go to the lobby and check in at the front desk. This is the minimum respect and service. Then when checking in at the front desk, the security guard kept using The questioning attitude and poor English made me feel very uncomfortable. Before, when I was in China, I called the hotel to confirm in English, indicating that we might arrive late. The front desk staff said that there was no problem at that time, so this made me feel uncomfortable. I'm very dissatisfied. In addition, the hotel is cleaned every two days. If you are staying with more than 3 people, it is recommended to think carefully because bed sheets, towels, etc. are not changed every day, which is not acceptable to us. Of course, the location is some distance from the city center. If you use Grab to travel, it is recommended to take a taxi 15-20 minutes in advance. Otherwise, you may wait for a long time or even not be able to get a taxi. The advantage is the environment and equipment. We booked a family suite. The room is well-equipped and the scenery is very good. There is an infinity swimming pool on the 8th floor. It is a good choice for family vacation. There are KK and 711 nearby, as well as many gourmet restaurants. Although it is not as prosperous as the city center, it is still relatively convenient and the price/performance ratio is pretty good. Finally, it is recommended that the hotel provide more training on the service attitude of lobby personnel, especially local security guards.

Need improve on cleaness and do repair on some damages furniture. It quite danger for kids.
