Strategic location close to pasar payang and china town. Limited parking inside the hotel compound but easily can find nearby parking lot. Good river view..

I think Grand Puteri Hotel give a customer to get best experiences with Grand Puteri Hotel. Good choice if you stay overnight at Grand Puteri Hotel.

All about facilities are fine,breakfast is okey but receptionist at front desk name hazie.... very cocky and she not even smiling. Its very hard to find receptionist who work at hotel like that..please la change your attitude..very poor.

Big room. Comfortable. Bathrooms are all clean. Limited breakfast. Gotta go down a little fast. Overall everything is okay. The hotel is really close to the payang market.  in the middle of the city. Can be reached on foot. In front of the hotel there is a white mosque. Muslims can pray near there.  Only this is an old hotel. So the furniture is all old. Receptionists are all friendly. Really satisfied. School holiday fully book. Must book early.

The hotel does not provide any complimentary coffee, tea, drink in the room. More Tv channels would also be good.

its so cheap and also a new hotel the smell of the paint also hasnt gone yet hahaha buy it at rm116 for 2 queen bed and also a smarttv !?!!!! it looks better in real life i swear HAHAH

The standard room is really clean and comfortable for 2-3 persons. The price is really reasonable and affordable for that kind of place and stay. Also, can get a cheaper price if we book online. Really worth the money.

However, there was a noticeable smell in the room and the bed was not very comforting. The cleanliness of the room was okay, although the toilet had a lingering smell. The amenities provided in the room were basic but sufficient, including a small ironing board, slippers, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. There was no complimentary water bottle, you can buy your own at 7eleven or at the reception. On the positive side, the hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated near a drawbridge, food restaurants, a self-service laundry, a 7-Eleven, a Secret Recipe outlet, and an Ayam Geprek restaurant. This is a decent accommodation at an affordable price, still a practical choice for travelers looking for a convenient stay on a budget.
