We had a good rest at the hotel. All staffs were friendly, especially the one on duty early in the morning I checked out on the 8th Jan. Breakfast is more than sufficient and enjoyable.

This is my 2nd time staying here. The hotel and service didn't disappoint me. The staff is friendly and helpful from the frontliners, the in-room service and cleaners. I enjoyed my time at the spa. The location is within walking distance to KLCC & Pavilion. I will come back again.

My suggestion hotel to other close friend. The place very strategic. Nearest with all place. Recommeded.

Had a wonderful stay at the stripes. Wanted to try out another autograph hotel, and to me though it was great, felt like some things can be improved like the breakfast selection. Swimming pool area was a little small maybe bcause we went during weekends so it got a crowded. They hotel staff forgot to get us a cake for anniversary :( but it’s all good though. The staff who sits in front of the hotel + does the car valets are sooo friendly we felt very welcomed. Thanks so much!

Used to stay at this hotel back in 2016. After 9 years, I booked again the hotel for my little family. For a family of 4, I would say the room and toilet was pretty small. The cleanliness could be improved. The bed was fine. Comes with basic amenities. Got a view of Menara Maybank and can see Menara Kuala Lumpur from our room.

Room is clean. Good services from staff. All of the staff that we met during our stay are friendly and approachable. And at the very last minute, we wanted to check out slightly later, staff were understanding and allowed us to check out late. Overall, we love our stay over here.

the place was nice and nice city view.. but got a tiny cockroach in the kitchen cabinet but its not a problem . no worries .. overall its a nice place and i used the wash machine too plus the kitchen✌🏻✌🏻 suprisingly when we enter the room the room was cold 🥶🥶🥶 Its Nice place to stay

This hotel location is very good place , Out side so clean & open space . Its so near to MRT , Bangladeshi, Indian resturant also , Hotel breakfast menue also good . But I have bad experience also there , After a long journey with my family members , when I try to enter the hotel receiption center with our luggae that time front security service man do not give permission without 100% reservion confirmation news from receiption. that time I need keep all luggage on the road , I show all booking to receiption then I have taken luggage my self , They do not provide lobby service . Hotel room also old & so conjusted. do not provide any tissue , tooth brush , paste , hair , etc , only give water bottle & bath loan & soap , Next I do not support this hotel ///
