Terrible experience. I arrived and when i enter my room i saw it was a 2 single bedroom but my booking was actually a queen bed bedroom. So in this case you would go to the reception and tell them to change your room right? Well… after i go they tell me that they are not the actual hotel, they just deliver the room cards, so in order to contact my hotel i should contact the "host" (in this case PERFECT HOST), so i start calling them the entire day… no answer… then i continue calling them during my 3 days staying, they never answered me!, in the first day i also contact TRIP and they start helping me contacting the PERFECT HOST, after around 24 hs they asked me if someone from the hotel came to change me to my queen bed bedroom, no one ever came, all my staying was in the wrong bedroom. Finally in the last day i start wondering… what would happened if during my time in the hotel i forget my card inside the room? I would just go to reception right? I was just curious about their answer, They told me in that in that case i should have to call the host, if host doesn’t answer then they would call the staff to open it for me… but… the staff is only available from 10 am to 11 pm, so if i forget my key inside the room at 11:10 (which sometimes i do) then that means i would sleep in the lobby!! By the way, also no one ever came to change towels, sheets or clean during my whole staying. The pool restaurant and gym in the top floors are nice.

103AThis is a customer staying from March 21st to March 23rd. The first room I booked was a queen bed room, but they gave me a twin room. When I raised an objection, they told me to complain to Trip.com. They only provide two towels a day. Today, I asked for new towels because they were not provided, and they said they would be provided in a little while, but I waited 30 minutes and when I got there, the employee had left work and told me to pay 10 ringgit if I wanted to get them now, so I just came. This is the worst hotel.

This service apartment got 39 floor, can view whole city from rooftop, 37 got swimming pools it quiet crowdy at night even after past 11 PM, if u are staying higher floor will be testing patience limit as there were only 4 lift with abundle of people going ups and downs, rooms got everything, except 1 things is the shower has no door so when taking a shower water splash to the whole toilet.
