Multiple times of booking done for this hotel. Booked for colleague who needed just a place to rest.

Low floor very noisy, the end rooms face to main road and hot inside the room.

Room very nicely cleaned and clean air as well. But there is not window in my room

Cleanness is ok and normal amenities . Location quite near to lalaport and times square.

Service quite bad, cleaner not cleaning the room everyday (being told it’s upon request only after a few days we checked in). A lot of amenities are not available in room. Should be rated as 1 star hotel.

Location and service is excellent. The staff arranged early check in for me as I arrived earlier. Upon checking in there's no toothbrush and tissue paper provided, have to request from the lobby counter. Counter staff is nice and friendly. Overall a great budget stay!

Good service by hotel . Good breakfast all delicious. I love the room very clean and the aircon. My family happy to stay at the hotel. Next will be repeat visits again.

Good service and good accomodation

Location no good. Very far from all good areas. No restaurant and charming areas near hotel. Breakfast only limited items. Only few counted boil eggs. MTR very far. Hotel mentioned very near but it's too far.
