Best jugak tapi deposit terlalu banyak dia ambil sampai rm300 pulak. Bayangkan kalau org yg takde duit nak check in situ?

Pembatalan akomodasi kami terjadi pada menit terakhir karena tidak sesuai dengan standar yang kami bayar, jadi kami harus mencari tempat lain. Akhirnya kami menemukan Opus Residences, membaca ulasannya, dan langsung memesannya. Meskipun pemesanan dilakukan pada menit terakhir, mereka sangat ramah dan sama sekali tidak mengecewakan! Kami mendapatkan pemandangan Menara Kembar yang menakjubkan dari kamar kami dan sungguh sepadan dengan masa inap kami. Mereka bahkan menawarkan banyak kegiatan seperti karaoke, golf, PS5, dan bahkan check-out terlambat. Tempat ini benar-benar sepadan dengan harganya, kami benar-benar menikmati masa inap kami.

Manajemen menuduh dan memaksa saya bertanggung jawab atas cacat tersebut (noda karena besi). Cacat tersebut saya sadari pada malam saya menginap. Saya telah melapor ke konter saat check out dan sekarang mereka menyalahkan saya karena saya adalah penyewa terakhir.

Sebelum check-in, mereka meminta biaya pembersihan sebesar RM50 padahal saya sudah membayar apartemen. Untuk pembersihan apa yang saya bayar, saya tidak mengerti, jika tidak mereka tidak akan puas dan saya tidak akan mengembalikan pembayaran di muka.

Anda perlu melakukan deposit 300~ Kemudian ada cukup makanan ringan konsumen di kamar. Jika Anda menggunakannya, itu akan dipotong dari deposit Anda. Mungkin terkait dengan konstruksi di dekatnya, dan setiap kali tempat tidur seseorang akan gatal~ Masalah yang sama saat berganti kamar

Stayed here for 15 days. The overall experience was pleasurable. The location is strategic -- very nice to Chinatown, Maharajarela Monorail and the Stadium Merdeka. We were assigned the unit 2-12-2 (1 bedroom). The unit is spacious, clean and cooling (not feeling hot even if it's very hot outside). There is no daily or weekly cleaning throughout the stay. We had to request the clothes airer; otherwise, it didn't come by default. Apart from the amount paid via TRIP, there is another RM50 cleaning fee, and RM300 security deposit (refundable upon checkout). Gym and pools are great too. Suggestion: it will be good to have a peeler in the unit. Will come back again if we need to stay in KL again in the future.

The apt was nice, space, clean and very comfortable. 5 mins walk to Maharajah Lela LTR stn, 10 mins walk to Petaling Street China Town. Slot of restaurants there. Two LTR stations away to Berjaya Sq, coach stoping point.

I just feel like this has a spa resort feeling for me but is actually better than that. Stayed so many place has never felt a special connection towards a architect of a housing like this. Scroll through some comment section and see european guest stay excellent comment and decide to book it here for a try for most of them have great taste with regards in life so i just book out of curious and it just surprise me with so many great qualities. It is just a safe heaven for me to throughly sleep well over here. The building of this unit is real house, great sound proofing and very spacious unit. Really enjoy.

I stayed at this hotel and had no problems the first night; it was beautiful. However, on the second night, the AC started leaking while I was sleeping, soaking all my clothes and even damaging my passport. I reported the issue to the reception desk, and while they sent someone to fix it, my belongings were already ruined. The manager I spoke to was incredibly rude. She blamed me for putting my bag under the AC, as if it’s normal for an AC to leak. Instead of taking responsibility for the poorly maintained room, she escalated the situation unnecessarily. A simple apology could have resolved everything, but instead, it involved the police. They refused to compensate for the damage, and I had to use a dryer for my wet passport. The manager even had the audacity to say she couldn’t replace my passport, which I never asked for. I was in a stressful situation without my passport, and getting a new one during Chinese New Year would be a nightmare. When she finally spoke to her boss, they agreed to give us a refund, but the manager insisted we leave immediately. I wasted so much time in the lobby while they were fixing the AC instead of taking care of my things. It was chaotic, and all we wanted was to dry our clothes and get ready to leave. On a brighter note, we had great service at the Ritz Carlton, which kinda made us feel better after that awful experience. Also, the hotel security guy was very kind and helped us during the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to their lack of accountability and poor customer service.

On the first night of my business trip, there was no Wi-Fi connection in the room I had booked specifically for work purposes. This made it impossible for me to complete my tasks. I contacted the service center but was informed that the technician had finished work at 6 PM, so the issue could not be resolved until the following morning.
