Tilam melengkung Toilet Kotor Air kejap ada kejap tak ada Plug utk charges hp kurang. Bantal sudah nipis.. ada kesan air liur. Tuala .. sabun tidak d sediakan.

only have stair to go up to level 2, the bedsheet was not really clean, it was a bit smelly, and bathroom door is slightly broken, you can see people’s inside if you were near to the door, and the environment a bit loud in the morning people talking so loudly, after all it is okay if you just want to rest because the price is affordable👍🏻

Water supply got problem. Even if you book the room but they cant confirm the room till 10pm. Keep changing room. Door lock n latches not secured.. walk up staircase not suitable for seniors. No toiletries only towel. At night they off water supply. Rundown. The good things is the shopping n 24hrs restaurants.

Repair kepala paip, sedia kan sabun mandi walaupun sabun yg kecil². Bilik bersih walaupun bilik yg paling asas. Persekitaran yg bising, hingga ganggu utk tidur.

PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BOOKING. I booked this on *********** (a third party provider) for 4 March - 5 March 2023. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that there had been no room for me to stay in which the staff told me to leave the premises and find another hotel (in a very rude manner). When inquiring about the booking, he said not a problem, cancel on booking and they will refund the money "this was verbally agreed" when I left the premises. Whilst dealing with the refund, I would like to say I got played quite well from Oyo because there's no "proof" that I got kicked out of the hotel and that on their end, it seems like I cancelled this on my own free will. *********** said they can't help me with my request because the hotel "Oyo" won't respond to their request for more information about what happened that day. Whilst calling Oyo (4 times) to deal with this matter and including the time I told them to respond to ***********, the customer service rep said all the same thing that "they don't deal with this request of refunding the money and that *********** was the company that charged me the money" They redirected me to *********** to sort out the money, when clearly on my bank statement it says "OYO" has charged me money. When calling *********** (6 times), they said "we tried to contact the hotel but they haven't responded to tell us what happened on the day, so unfortunately, there is little to do because there's no proof that they have requested you to cancel so therefore, no refund can be issued. Now, let me tell you how they played the system. Firstly, by using a third provider and actually cancelling out of your own free will, this caused you to initiate the cancellation. Because it was done from "verbal" conversation, there's no "written proof" that they requested you to cancel this, therefore, losing your money. In terms of those who have been scammed your money, these are the options which I had considered: - Dealing with *********** (no success due to no proof) - Dealing with Oyo ( unhelpful customer service rep who repeated not their problem and go deal with ***********) - Dealing with my bank via cashback for not providing the goods and services ( unfortunately, again, because there's no written proof, I can no longer pursue the refund) If you do decide to book with this hotel, I am just warning you that if this happens to you, please please please record a voice message with the receptionist as "proof" that they have requested you to cancel. If not, you'll lose your money just like the rest of us who went through this experience below. Oh and don't get fooled by the "please contact customer service about your problem, we will be happy to help you with your request", because they really didn't help me at all and kept blaming *********** for charging me the money by deflecting their responsibility in the matter. It's pathetic that I got played like that but hey, lesson learnt right? Not every company can be ethica

The owner was nice, but the hotel was not very good. It wasn't very sound proof, there's a mosque right next door that has a loud speaker that sometimes plays at 6am. There's cars racing the streets at night, and many of the guests(and even some of the staff) are noisy and play videos on their cell phones late into the night or make loud calls. There was a guest who was watching videos on very high volume right close to my room until 4am for a few nights. I even reported him to one of the staff(who was asleep) and he didn't do anything. Also, I was given a room with a semi-broken toilet and broken hot water heater, so cold showers, they told me they would give me a room the next day. I kept asking and they said "tomorrow" every time. It was probably my 5th day that i was finally able to switch rooms after i asked the owner. The owner was nice, he even let me keep the adapter they let me use, so i feel bad for giving a bad review. But i've been to many hotels in south east Asia in the past 4 years, and this one was the worst, by far. They should sound-proof the rooms, the shuttersare not fully closeable, and the one had a hole in it(i think it would've been noisy even without this hole lol) The surrounding area was very nice, however, and it's right next to a monorail station and 2 big malls are a short distance away.

Felt very unsafe, the chain lock on the door was missing. The room had not been cleaned. There was no running water. There was a lot of damp on the walls making it hard to breathe.

Dirty hotel with rude and abusive staff. Given neutral review for most elements as I never actually stayed at this property. A horrendous experience when I went to check in, the staff member said he didn’t have my booking. He refused to give me a refund, but also refused to give me a room. I definitely had a booking and there were definitely 7 other rooms available. ******* jumped in and tried to contact the property, and then he yelled abuse at me for giving them the hotels phone number. The only time I’ve ever felt really unsafe. Do not stay here.
