Pengalaman yang tak terlupakan. Hotel ini tidak memenuhi syarat untuk dimasukkan dalam trip.com karena tidak memenuhi semua standar perhotelan. Tidak aman untuk ditempati dalam hal kebersihan dan keamanan. 1) Saat memasuki area lobi seperti pusat rehabilitasi narkoba. Anda akan melihat pagar besi menutupi area hotel. 2) Karyawan hotel tidak fasih berbahasa Malaysia atau Inggris. 3) Kamar hotel usang, kotor dan semua peralatan tidak berfungsi seperti TV, Wifi, Air panas dan fasilitas dasar. saran : 1) Bekukan istilah Cash untuk hotel ini dan tidak ada kebijakan refund, karena ternyata hotel ini berusaha menipu dan menyesatkan Pelanggan. Karena pihak hotel tahu tidak ada pelanggan yang akan menginap di sana jika belum membayar sebelum check-in. (penipuan) 2) Bahkan jika Anda masih ingin mengoperasikannya. Nilai kamarnya hanya maksimal RM50 nett (bagi yang nekat). Jika melebihi harga ini, itu adalah penipuan. Secara keseluruhan, tidak perlu mengoperasikannya jika Anda tidak melakukan peningkatan besar-besaran.

Lokasi sangat bagus dan mudah untuk masuk dan keluar.
Pria di konter itu sangat sopan dan tersenyum.
Kamar hotel pada dasarnya bersih dan rapi. Meskipun ini bukan hotel kelas atas, namun sangat nyaman untuk ditinggali.

Nice place..Near to many shop..Just I don't satisfied with the parking.I have to pay RM5 to exit the parking lot.Have to pay if not I cannot go out.They say used the season past but cannot be used.They say I can have discount and can claim but at the end the staff say cannot.So frust.

Awesome location. Food is within walking distance. A Mosque is near. The room (Twin Deluxe) is large. The hotel is quite old but the facility and all others is good. Public transport and e-hailing are easy.
