Already paid online ..sampai sana kena bayar deposit RM 50.00 ??before this ...kalau dah paid online tak perlu pun bayar deposit ...a little bit disappointed la to citi hotel

Very convenient area to catch ERL to airport. Room is spotless,spacious & all facilities is intact,shower with good water pressure, bathroom amenities available…except the Tv has poor reception &distorted screen. Many eateries in this street..Dominos, mamak & 7e right across.

We were in KL for a day trip & sought a hotel for a day stay. Citi Hotel @ KL Sentral, located just behind the monorail station at KL Sentral, lures you with a comfortable room, warm staff members & reasonable prices. The location, just behind the station, with malls & restaurants aplenty in the vicinity, is good.

Close to most of the attractions and easy access to public transport from the location. Staff is also friendly and helpful except for a one person who is a south asian staff member Rooms had mini fridge ,no locker.bathroom also clean it had hot water shower

Absolutely budget hotel. The hotel rooms are very clean and staff are welcoming. If you are looking for budgeted stay this is well located in KL sentral and communication is great. The internet service is also high quality. You can have options for food and drinks. The rooms are too small to keep a standard luggage! The only odd I had was watching world cup football in room. The TV wasn't functioning. As we arrived late at night, the person on duty at the reception wasn't helpful enough to fix the TV. Overall a good budget stay if you are not looking for any star hotel.
