Everything about this hotel is perfect.. However, it's just a bit to walk from KL dental and no shelter. Was caught from the sudden rain. However, room provides umbrella.

Quite complicated to go to the hotel from the train station, but the hotel service is good

Fantastic service in a large serviced apartment. We had a corner apartment with lovely views of the city. Easy access to nearby metro lines and Nu Sentral shopping mall. I would stay again.

Conveniently located about 5mins walk from Sentral Station. If you like Indian food like nasi briyani, roti, thosai, naan, curries etc..., this place is close to many good Indian restaurants, street food & cafes. It has a swimming pool, play pool & a gym on the 5th floor. Breakfast is also the 5th floor. Spacious & clean room with cooking facility & a large fridge. Nice view of Merdeka 118 building from accommodation.

I had a horrific experience staying here. To be fair, let me share what’s good about this place: 1. Close to KL Sentral station (5-7 mins walk) 2. Very friendly and helpful staffs 3. Spacious gym and sufficient equipment 4. Sound proofing rooms 5. Water pressure and comfortable bed and pillows 6. They have filtered water in the room What ruined the entire stay was the centralised aircon!!! We were assigned 2203 and tried adjusting the room temperature but it did not work, we were freezing and called the engineer to check and was told that the room was 17 degree although the control panel was showing 25! He made some adjustments and told us to wait for 10 mins but after 15 mins the room was still freezing cold. We requested for a room change and had to shift luggage and room at 11:40pm (the staff was very helpful though). After changing to 1702, the first night was okay but the room has a very strange curry smell. It was not a deal breaker so we endured the smell. But the second night when we were back and tried adjusting our room temperature to 25 degree it did not work again! I tried wearing two layers of clothes and couldn’t take it anymore and called them at 2am. The wind was blowing directly to my head and I couldn’t even sleep. There were issues with the aircon system (they use chilled water instead of gas) and the technician spent 30 mins to troubleshoot and resolved the temperature and wind direction issue. Finally I could sleep at 3am but it was such a horrific experience! My 2 out of 3 nights stay were ruined because of the aircon issue!! On top of that, we wanted to use their shuttle service on Sunday but was told that their car was sent for servicing and it’s not available. Asked the staff if the shuttle service will be available the next day but was told to check again the next day as they can’t confirm. Will definitely not go back again or recommend to any friends or family to stay there. There’s no nice restaurants nearby (mostly Indian food) and 7-11 is located 6 mins walk from hotel (nearest one only opens during office hours).

Amazing hotel! Huge room with kitchen, lots of wardrobes, equipped with everything from a rice cooker to an induction stove! Oh yes, plus the nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen, with a stck of coffee capsules! The staff are very friendly and helpful!

Absolutely a good hotel to stay at if you wanna be by Sentral and ting.

Overall, nice location and easy to access to Kuala Lumpur central station which links the station to the airport. The worst thing was that i found some ants in the room so i killed them. but it was not shocking because i checked reviews through google. The only one thing i got satisfied was that staff at night shift was very kind and was willing to do anything for guests.

Excellent location - The room was very well-appointed, spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Rooms were clean and spacious, location was great. Front desk and house keeping were also great. The only problem was attention to service calls. We had to experience power surge at least two times and had to wait for an hour for someone to come and fix in the hot. Plus we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite where one of the bathroom had faulty bathtub which got broken again upon it getting fixed the first time. I would recommend people to stay and the hotel staff to be more mindful of the amenities as customers like us pay money to avail those services.

Service by receptionists was really excellant. Facilities, room cleanliness and location are superb. For sure I'll come again next time.

Ok average not worrth the price there are very good hotels for this price in Bukit Bintang area
