There was two cockroaches and empty coffee cup under the sofa. The fan is full of dust. The cutleries are dirty with yellow stain. The overall environment is dirty, making us to sneeze and nose itching, especially the bed.
The service is poor. The management is not on time to pass us the door key. We waited them to arrive for 30 minutes although we have noticed them earlier when we will reach.
