Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype
Stayed at the Luxury Suites at Berjaya Times Square expecting a premium experience, but it turned out to be anything but. The room was outdated and not well-maintained — stained sheets, dirty carpets, popped up tiles, stained bathtub and a musty smell that lingered throughout our stay. Cleanliness was below par.
Despite advertising as "luxy" the unit felt more like a poorly managed budget rental. The photos online were clearly misleading.
With so many better options in KL, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or peace of mind. Definitely not worth it.

Hotel location is best. Hotel room is clean, however its toilet and carpet is rather run down. Need to significant renovation.

The room view was excellent and the service guy was really good and helpful. I would really love to see the apartment renovated and would love to stay there again.

All the furniture in the suite is quite old, most of the furniture is very old, the mattress is dented, it is very uncomfortable to sleep, no slippers are provided, the kitchen door, sofa and many other places are broken! Very disappointed!
