Night time counter check in only have 1 staff, the water temperature for shower is not stable , shower half way water become cold and very hot later

Beautiful KL view, The bed is soft but no reading light. The toilet is a bit small,have to open the door to squeeze in n close the door to walk to the toilet.

Our room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. There's a Smart TV you can cast your phone to. I especially appreciated the filtered water. Eco friendly and super convenient. The hotel's location is great, with malls nearby and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores right in the same building. Special thanks to Shahrul at the Mirror restaurant for his excellent service and helpful information about Accor benefits. I enjoyed the hotel and will definitely return!

Overall is good, room clean & good service. In the morning hot water is not hot at all but at the night the hot water is ok. Location is abit far to the attraction place and shopping mall. Hotel have free shuttle transport to the mall but only have 3 times per day.

Hotel is located near many big malls with plenty of shops within walking distance. Check in was efficient and fast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and great with firm beds and comfy pillows. Toilet was clean with adequate facilities. They also have a swimming pool and a watering hole upstairs. With rooms at high floors, the scenery was awesome. Parking was not an issue. Overall, an ideal place to stay and unwind.
