Apart from the location, the experience is very bad. There is no front desk when checking in. You need to contact them yourself. I called many times but they didn't answer. The service attitude is really bad and casual. They can't speak clearly and they feel like they are arguing with you. Then you need to pay a deposit. If you don't talk, they won't clean the room. The pillows and quilts in the room are dirty. It's really not very comfortable. The gym and swimming pool are shared with the hotel next door. There are few elevators and they are often under maintenance. It's hard to queue up to go up and down. Checking out is even worse. We very enjoy the stay at Axon. The room is clean and comfortable. And is near pavilion. Our host Mr. Rakib is a very nice and friendly person. The only downside is the bad traffic to get to the residence car park if you are driving. But we will still choose to stay there next time.

Love the location. However, it can be a nightmare driving out as the place was packed with cars and traffic every other time. The parking also was confusing. If you need to drive, just be sure that you exit from the same building. If you exit on the wrong side, you can expect to pay high price for parking charges.
Love also the 24/7 service render..almost like a hotel service. It was just a text away to get help and the response was very prompt.
