Hotel Prezydent Krynica Zdrój

In your advertising description you say 4 stars luxury hotel … ;) I arrived there I saw total mess in a parking,was a cars parked in a grass,on side walk,in both side in front of hotel that was very difficult to pass also by walk,I thought it’s realy strage see it in fancy hotel. I came with new fancy car I had to park in front of one gate of garage that was forbidden to parked,the receptionist told me park there don’t worry,yes I didn’t worry other cars in the evening parked back to me so I can’t moved out my car. I had to much good expectations for have the good serwice in this “luxury hotel” in 2023 reception didn’t speak English I was lucky my fiancé translated,I tryed to ordered coffe on the bar in front of reception,the receptionist told me to go down in a restaurant becouse in a bar no body,after 20 minuts waited in a restaurant downstairs no body showed up so we had to go up again in a reception for ask the help for search the Barman,finally her found same body that was able to did worst coffe that I had in my life ok she probably was not barman … I expected that suite,at 16:30 was ready and cleaned up,when check in had to start at 15 ,unfortunately again problem suite was not ready,I went out to hotel for a walk,i recived sms from reception that room was ready after 17 is unacceptable for the room that cost almost 700 pln. The Suite it’s very nice bit old fashion,big size 2 bathrooms complete,one with jacuzzi comfy bed smart tv and balcony. Restaurant is not a la carte receptionist offer buffet in a restaurant,but honestly I don’t like so I had to go out to find right place for eat,close to hotel is fully good restauratants fortunately. Breakfast in a morning is not for 4 stars hotel,its very poor and again there was serwice problem,did not follow the customers,the products finished not replace it, I had to search them employee in kitchen for replace juice and milk for coffe machine that had also incredible line,becouse no body can use it without milk. I thought there is same managers here no body care of it.Probably not. I didn’t try to used serwice of pool and spa for not have other funny adventures. There is the club in a floor -1 so if you want relax before to 23 there is no chance so better came back after this time. Total mess in a check out in a reception,again mistake with invoice, I had realy enough,I didn’t want loose other time for few money and stay longher there,I decided to payed it and move fast out to other hotel for next couple of days,this was the best decision,I was lucky that I booked only one night. One of the most important things in luxury hotel is the quality of serwice if you pretend to be fancy hotel,you have to provide it but here it’s total missing. If you search luxury hotel with great customer care serwice is not a right place to stay, In krinica there is many luxury hotels able to provide good serwice with 4 stars or 5 stars for similar price,unfortunately I discover it after my stay here. We had our wedding with 92 guests in Hotel Prezydent in Zdrój-Krynica. It was an absolute pleasure and everything went wonderful because of the great staff and very organized structure. The wedding was an international wedding with Slovakian and Danish guests. The staff was very good in both Slovakian and English. We first planned the wedding with the manager Greg who was extremely helpful and very good at organizing everything. He has a very qualified staff that helped us with everything regarding the wedding and our guests. The director had a lovely opening speech when we arrived to the hotel and was also helpful doing the whole wedding in the hotel. If anyone is planning wedding I would highly recommend to have it at Hotel Prezydent. They are highly qualified for hosting wedding and they have the most beautiful hotel in Krynica!

I have spend there around 1000 PLN and left this place with tears in my eyes. My facial was a complete warte of money, they did not treated my face according to what was stated in the description of the service and refused to charge discount. Do not recommend a spa there. They waste your hard earned money.

23.lipca ok. godz.21.00. byliśmy w kilka osób w barze hotelowym. Panował tam zaduch spowodowany upałem, klimatyzacja nie działała. Po zamówieniu drinków alkoholowych i ich niewielkiemu spożyciu postanowiliśmy wyjść na zewnątrz, aby zaczerpnąć świeżego, wieczornego powietrza zostawiając drinki na stole i nasze rzeczy jak kurtki i parasolki na krzesłach. Po powrocie za ok. 10 minut stół był pusty, wszystko co zamówiliśmy zostało sprzątnięte. Barman nie potrafił sensownie wytłumaczyć tego faktu. Świadczy to o braku jakichkolwiek kompetencji tamtejszych pracowników. Nie polecam.

W weekend wróciliśmy z pobytu w Hotelu. Uważam że hotel jak dla nas to 3+. W związku z tym że nie jest to okres urlopy więc mieliśmy nadzieję wypocząć i cieszyć się brakiem spendu. Fakt tłumów na szczęście nie było ale jeśli chodzi o jakoś usług które oferuje hotel w tym czasie to mega słabo. Basen hotelowy czynny od 15stej czym się tłumaczyli że nie ma obłożenia, woda w basenie zimna w jacuzzi letnia bo oszczednosci, ratownik co chwila wylacza jacuzzi jak nie ma nikogo bo takie ma odgorne polecenie, siłownia napewno nie można powiedzieć że "nowoczesna" o czym piszą na stronie: jedna bieżnia, 3 rowerki i jeden atlas nie mówiąc ze również zamknięta, gdyż nie MAJĄ OBŁOŻENIA więc trzeba było chodzić sobie po klucz do recepcji. Bilard tez zamkniety trzeba również było pojsc do recepcji po klucz. Śniadania od poniedziałku do czwartku dość słabe, dostajesz talerzyk znwedlina serem i pomidorem i możesz sobie na sieplo zamowic z karty jajka, jajka sadzonke, omlet ewentualnie naleśniki. Podsumowując osobiście nie polecam Hotelu poza sezonem gdyż ciągle będzie widzieć oszczędności bo NIE MA OBŁOŻENIA. Z plusów to napewno lokalizacja Hotelu gdyż w samym centrum i piekne widoki. Jednak jak na hotel prezydencki to chyba trochę za mało.

Bardzo uprzejma i pomocna obsługa. Ładne zadbane stylowe wnętrza i meble. Idealne położenie przy zrewitalizowanym deptaku i wejściu na Górę Parkową. Przy nowym Amfiteatrze. Blisko główna pijalna, zabytkowe obiekty sanatoryjne. Hotel oferuje smaczne śniadanie. Możliwość wyboru kolacji z bufetu. Kryty basen, siłownia.
