It feels like a hotel apartment remodeled by a monastery. It is a very interesting experience, but some people may not like this kind of house. There is no front desk, the self-check-in system may be relatively new, there is a bug, and there is no password for me to open the door. The hotel's online customer service may be automatically replied and cannot solve the problem. Fortunately, the customer service of Trip.com helped solve it.
