Overall good hotel. Certainly, it didn't meet my expectation in relation to the provision of facilities. This is the first hotel came across which doesn't provide Tea & kettle facility in a room. I asked at the reception if we could have a kettle and they were very reluctant to offer us. When, I said we are very much tea-drinker family then a kettle was dropped in a room. Then, we asked couple of cups and in return paper cups were provided and I would say that is pathetic for 4 Star rated hotel. There was also no provision of iron. It was the least priority item so, we didn't bother to ask. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Fitness facilities were bonus. But, again the lady receptionist was not very friendly. In main Reception, the lady receptionist Amira Softic was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She was trying to help everyone beyond her reach.

Well the AI review states all rooms have a bath tub… that’s not true. The rooms are dated and the bathroom was something out of an Easyjet ad…. All orange. Had a nice balcony but the bedding was just a quilt cover with no filling which I found OK but husband was cold over night. Breakfast average. Took a look at the pool and the staff member looked me up and down like I was something bad on the bottom of her shoe. The reception guy seemed to take a lot of smoke breaks…. Best bit was a bike storage room with electric but given I helped myself to the key multiple times I’m not sure how secure it is. Would have benefited from a kettle in the room.

I had my room window right next to the kitchen fan. It was so loud that you couldn't open a window. And if you did anyway, you constantly had the stale smell of the kitchen in your room. Therefore, the stay at the hotel was not very relaxing

We stayed here for 5 days. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We did have some accommodation "issue" but by our mistake and they resolved it quickly, finally we got even better room. It's clean, tidy, roomy, comfortable, a little bit retro hotel and it could get some renovation, but considering the all-seasons use, it's fine. This we had were the most comfortable beds ever. One must understand that most of accommodation there are more used for winter season and that those places also passing through more damages of ski equipment. The food is awsome. Continental breakfast, lot of choices. Restaurant staff kind and hepful, prices reasonable (re other Kr.gora places). Room service kind and decent. Pool is not very big but sufficent for some swimming. Parking in front of the hotel free of charge for hotel guests. We felt very cosy, like at home. The only problem in this hotel could be guests with their weird demands. For those (who travelled the wold; I also did), I recommend the Skipass hotel or Korona hotel (same amount of stars, double price!)... or Chamonix, St.Moritz...

Hotel was ok, but considering cost, it lacked the finesse of similar hotels, our room was a standard one, and the drains in the room smelt terrible for the entire stay, the staff were aware but unable to cope with the problem, the smell even made its way to the reception area! The rooms in desperate need of refurbishment, as they were extremely dated and carpets neatly threadbare! Food was ok, staff pleasant and helpful, just the occasional stroppy bar staff! Sort the drains and refurbish the rooms and it would have scored much better!

Hotel is on the edge of Kranjska Gora, what makes this place peaceful and still close to the center. Staff is very kind, breakfast is rich and beds are comfortable. They have al kinds of saunas and cold pool, which is very useful after sport. Nice place and I will come again

Wonderful hotel Went to this hotel as I was camping but bad weather came. Booked for 1 night and changed that to 2 after an hour! It's superb and delicious breakfasts are included. I also loved the swimming pool! A real bonus. It's close to bars and some shops too. The staff here are fantastic!
