Boutique Skipass Superior Hotel

The beauty of this hotel is in it's attention to detail, personal touch and expert knowledge of Kranjska Gora and the surrounding areas. We came on a family ski holiday and they organised our transfer from the airport, ski hire (from their own company, with quality ski gear) and advice about the ski area both in Kransjka Gora and surrounding resorts in Italy and Austria. They provided us with the ski passes from their reception for Italy & Austria and helped us hire a car for the two days we visited those countries and even recommended and booked us a restaurant on the mountain in Italy. They are a family run hotel, of a couple and their adult daughters who have lived on Kranjska Gora all their lives. They genuinely couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is beautiful and stylish. The bedrooms are immaculately clean, warm and comforting. We had a breath-taking view of the mountains, which was gorgeousto wake up to. The daily maid service replenished all L'occitane toiletries and fresh towels daily. The rooms were immaculate- which was so nice to return to after a long day skiing. They serve a good selection of carefully chosen wine and offer speciality cheese and wine plates. Breakfast is a la carte with a selection of cold plates, pastries, eggs and pancakes - all made to order and served by lovely staff who all spoke English fluently. I couldn't recommended this hotel enough. We had an amazing time here.

We stayed as a family with two toddlers and it was the best hotel experience we’ve had so far. The room was excellent and very clean. We even got a little welcome gift for the kids. The service was impeccable and all staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was served as a menu with great options and quality. Sauna and relax area was very nice. Ski slopes, village centre and hiking trails at walking distance (with toddlers). We warmly recommend this hotel.

Nice spacious room, well appointed with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, nice pillows, very clean. Appreciated the complimentary shower gel, shampoo etc. Our room was very quiet, and we got a great nights sleep. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. A good choice for breakfast, the omelette was especially good. Enjoyed the wine and sharing plates from the deli/bar in the evening. Made a great base to stay and explore the area. Easy to walk into town, the bus stop is just outside, and parking is right in front of the hotel. There is lift access to all floors. Access to the lift is between reception and the bar. Late in the evening, reception and the bar are locked until early in the morning, as staff go home. At this time you cannot access the lift, which means there is no lift available overnight. This has been mentioned by other reviews, but it was not an issue for us, as there is a separate access, using your hotel key, to a rear entrance and the stairs, which takes you to the rooms on the two floors above. We had a really nice stay, and would happily stay again.
